I'm assuming it would be smarter to focus on Dualcast before Lordly Robe as far as TMRs go? I know I can get Siren's Robe from the trial and that's better than Lordly, but I keep wanting to focus on just getting TMRs for one character instead of spreading the love.

At this point I have zero confidence in being able to finish the Gilgamesh/Dark Espers trial (even with Angler Noctis and 1000+ Orlandeau friend units), so I keep stalling on even attempting them.

Of course, that all depends on if I actually finish Letters and Arms today. Started at 98.7%, and after 90 NRG I'm up to 99.1%. The RNG taking a sharp drop near the end of the TMR is happening again!

I'll still have use for Lordly Robe (assuming it's classified as a Robe and isn't clothes like Cupid's Robe) for Dark Fina if I ever get Siren's Robe. My good units all seem to be heavily geared towards Mag. Do you have any other units that would benefit from it?

Can't wait for the next story area to drop! Apparently King Mog sells a hat that will be great for Fryevia. There's also Safety Bit, but I'm not really sure how that works in this game. I hear people talking about it a lot though.

don't underestimate the double healer + tank team setup. along with a whale that can really put a dent in anything, so long as you've outfitted your healers for 4000+ HP. that's part of the reason i'm raising Terra now too since at 6* she helps further that cause.

main thing i'm holding back on is that i want 6* Cecil to tank the big trials, not just Charlotte. i mean i can probably do it with her anyway but Cecil's LB is godly when maxed out and i'm almost able to have him there.

So yes by that point 100% evasion Noctis can carry you through the Gilgamesh Trial solo

My Refia is already at 4,000 HP, maybe I'll have a better time with Gilgamesh when I really dig into battle strategy with him and all of the sealing stuff. I know the basics, but since I have no intention of trying it anytime soon I haven't put in the time to set up a proper game plan. I do have Cecil about 1200 limit XP away from having his limit maxed as well.

I think I'm at least partway there on the dark espers, since I have Xon and Minfilia both maxed, and from my understanding him stealing buffs and her using Dark/Water/Fire resists are a huge part of that one.

that reminds me.
i've got a WoL still at 4* because i wonder if his LB is worth raising.
both he and Garland - who i've got at 5* almost maxed - get interesting buffs on their LBs, 50% by default, 74% maxed to Attack (Garland) and Defense (WoL).

since i'm gonna have Cecil maxed out anyway i'm kinda wondering how worthwhile it'll be to raise WoL's. unlike Garland or Cecil, he's a 4* base so he's a lot more annoying to hit 25. at the same time, defense buff is nicer than attack buff unless it's a physical heavy team (which i can do now between Chizuru, Xiao, Firion, Nine, and Fryevia). if i get a ton of burst pots from this egg event, maybe worth it? or hold off for someone else (e.g., Ex Death leveling)?

Man I just realized I haven't actually played the game at all this month.

Any must get items (keeping in mind that what I've been doing this month is leave the TM macro on) from the easter event I'm missing that I can get with what time is left.

But I think it's too late to get them all? There are 8, and each costs 100 Rainbow Eggs, which you can only get from the Easter Metal Egg Summon Banner. Focus on getting 200 Rainbow Eggs to buy the most important Purecrysts, Power and Support. After that, check which awakened abilities in the future that you want

Unless you do energy refreshes, yeah, it's way too late. When I was doing only the event I would get 1 purecryst a day if I was really lucky, but usually I would pull in around 70-80 Rainbow eggs.

From my understanding, it's going to be the tier below purecrysts that will be the bottleneck for enhancement mats. You can get them from the metal eggs though, so it still doesn't hurt to keep going for them.

Basically I guess as long as I'm not missing any irreplaceable items I'm okay with just missing most of the loot for this run.

If you are loaded with DW, Bracers and Black Cowls already you are good to go.

I've been going for the mini black cowls and bracers (forget the event names) as a way to keep boosting my crafted weapon counts for the trophy. Figure I might as well get that done while I'm hunting for enhancement mats, gigantuars, and lb pots.

Following the maintenance, Terra and Kefka can be awakened to 6*. Announcement didn't say anything about a Global exclusive change, so there you go.

The Floating Continent event is next! The format is King Mog grinding, and yes, Terra and Kefka both count as +50% bonus units. The bonus enemy this time is Nelapa, appearing from PRO and up. It seems that it uses Fire attacks and can appear multiple times? Also on the second week, we'll have a difficult quest against Kefka

That's all for now. Banner hasn't been announced yet, but the Bonus units include Trance Terra, Setzer, and Gau, so ya know

Setzer's pretty great. If I can just get him I'm going to stop pulling on this banner. Will probably have to use tickets at the end of the dailies though like I did with Xon.

Setzer is another unit that can aoe all ailments 2x, set 7/10 hitter, can aoe kill, and if luck is with you raep the dark espers through chaining.
