I fail to see anything outlandish about the question, but of course the presentation is entirely without the context of the overall lesson. Depending on the complete context of the lesson plan this could go either way.

But unto itself? Putting yourself into the mindset of people you almost certainly would disagree with (and this is why I think the corollary question from PoV of the Cherokee wouldn't be particularly useful) is a very important part of developing critical thinking adults. Trying to understand how and why a group can convince themselves into something bad/evil will allow them to better recognize when the same patterns are repeating in the world around them(think Jan 6 or election fraud).

Is this the most effective way to accomplish, maybe not, but as said I can't find anything here so egregious as to clutch my pearls.

If it took 5-10 minutes to give the exam and assess the results I don't see where $11 is a crazy amount.

The real problem is lack of transparency mostly caused by the physicians themselves having zero clue what their actions would in turn relate to in cost to the patient. Fee for Service wouldn't be nearly as gnarly if we were single payer as there would only be a single fee schedule for a provider to figure out.

Yes, NFT's jump that bridge from a physical thing you can touch to something incorporeal, but that doesn't mean the idea of owning something renowned wouldn't have desirability even if the ownership doesn't grant anything beyond that.

To be specific, this gives states that right.

But honestly I feel that this is the wrong argument to be having, because a) this OSHA ETS isn't about forcing people to take the vaccine and b) is more directly focused on "is the COVID-19 pandemic a health risk in the workplace to the point that OSHA can regulate?"

My professional opinion is yes.

Explicitly you are correct, but broadly it answers an important question, is a vaccine mandate unconstitutional. And to that point it says no, vaccine mandates are not unconstitutional, your self autonomy can be regulated/legislated for the over-arching welfare of the masses

The other outstanding question is then, does OSHA have the authority to do such a thing. I believe the answer is yes, but I will say that is most likely to be the hot button issue with the court as while OSHA has the broad and ill defined ability to issue these types of things, the court has often reversed them.

Honestly I think the conservative movement is hoping to block and slow play this in hopes that everything clears up well enough that they can't easily say it would be a public safety necessity. Like I believe that pill that has been coming up in the news, if as effective as hoped, would greatly undercut the mandate.

Did you read 29.593?

Did you ever show me which part of the law, specifically, says that an individual needs certification to have a rifle?

You have to cite specific details, dude. You're not making the argument that you must think you're making.

@realnifty1 I'm legitimately trying to help you make your argument, but you're opting for weird personal attacks instead.

Let's start with question #1. Answer question #1 before addressing anything else in this post:

1.) Where in the statute is it stated that "as a person 17 years of age he must have the appropriate certifications in order to posses a rifle without it being illegal", as you said in post #149?

There is no personal attack, I just can't fix your lack of English comprehension.
948.60 clearly states that for a person under 18 to possess a rifle and not be violating the law they MUST be in compliance with 29.304 and 29.593. 29.304 refers to restrictions on people 16 and under, Rittenhouse is 17 and therefore compliant with it. 29.593 however refers to a person having certification of training completion that would allow them to obtain a hunting license (it is not about having an actual hunting license) and then goes into a list of what types of things qualify as that certification. To be compliant with 29.593 means to meet one of the criteria laid out there, failure to do so would mean that you are not compliant with this statute and therefore unable to legally posses a rifle if you are the age of 17.

Where in the statute does it say that one needs "appropriate certification to possess any rifle?"

29.593 is entirely related to hunting authorizations. Read the words. You can't be out of compliance with a statute pertaining to hunting authorizations if you're not even hunting.

Hell, the title of 29.593 is "Requirement for certificate of accomplishment to obtain hunting approval." It's about hunting authorizations. You're in compliance with 29.593 unless you're hunting without authorization.

If I need to break down sentence structure I guess I must.

(c) This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593. This section applies only to an adult who transfers a firearm to a person under 18 years of age if the person under 18 years of age is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593 or to an adult who is in violation of s. 941.28.

First, let's drop the part about transferring a firearm, because that isn't relevant.
(c) This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593.

Rittenhouse is 17 and I think we all agree he was in possession of a firearm, so lets clean that up
(c) This section applies to Rittenhouse if Rittenhouse is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593.

Let's further clarify the first part of that
(c) Rittenhouse is in illegal possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18 if Rittenhouse is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593.

Ok, now let's break down the component structure so we can talk about the conditions one at a time.
(c) Rittenhouse is in illegal possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18 if Rittenhouse [is in violation of s. 941.28 [or is not in compliance with [ss. 29.304 and 29.593]]].

So we have nested conditional logic here
if (A || !(B && C))

A = Are you in violation of 941.28
B= Are you in compliance with 29.304
C = Are you in compliance with 29.593

Is Rittenhouse in violation of 941.28? Does not appear so, this is false.
Is Rittenhouse in compliance with 29.304? It appears to only apply to those 16 and younger, so he appears good.
Is Rittenhouse in compliance with 29.593? I don't know.

if (A || !(B && C))
if (false || !(true && ??) reduces to if (!(??)) or if (!(C)), therefore if Rittenhouse is not in compliance with29.593, then he is in violation of illegally possess a firearm.
At no point does it have anything to do with him wanting to hunt, simply that as a person 17 years of age he must have the appropriate certifications in order to posses a rifle without it being illegal.

But it is likely moot anyway, because they accept out of state certifications, but it would be nice if they covered that.

Wow, you are really bad at reading comprehension, so I bolded the relevant part for you to go find a grammar book to help you with.

However, digging further in it appears that out of state certification would qualify, so I would guess that he likely has the requisites in Indiana, but it would be nice if the reporting/judgement would be more clear about these things.
