How do I buy property that are also shops/restaurants? Do I have to max out their personnel's affection first?

If the property has an affection bar tied to it then once you max it out you'll automatically get the property for free.

Despite just playing these substories and knowing how wild they are, it's still crazy to read them completely out of context.

I haven't played any of the other Yakuza games and that fortune teller substory kind of bummed me out. All I could think was, "ah man Kiryu in prison for that long? This must not end well".

Also everyone on this board is old, no one here grew up in a world with autosaves. We were there to see technology advance for the better and now obviously would rather see a feature that has been standard for over a decade included in our games.

I went into that hostess one thinking it'd be crap. By the end of it i was addicted.

I completely finished the real estate one and also was weary of the hostess thing until I tried it then spent ten straight hours playing it.

Whenever the Gwent developers do a stream it's very lighthearted and jokey, and those are headed by the Senior Communications Manager of CDPR itself. More and more I'm seeing people have kinder things to say about XIII, and idk if XV caused that or if time has helped those wounds.

I have definitely seen myself feel better about XIII after XV. I wouldn't be surprised if others felt similarly.

I will say Black Ops is one of my favourite CoD's and if we had five more nomination spots I probably would have given one of them to it.

Maybe Allen wanted series representation from two of the most popular series of the decade? Fortnite doesn't rate on Gamefaqs at all either but it wouldn't feel like a GotD Contest without including it. I feel like the same can be said for a Halo game and a CoD game.

I never played the first two Mafia games but I loved the third one, despite people being disappointed in it, purely because of the atmosphere, so I'm very excited to jump into more of a similar world.

Looks like it's using the Mafia 3 engine. Out in August. The tweet doesn't mention the second game but a reply has screenshots of it so I assume it was also announced. I'm not watching whatever stream this is on.

Apparently Majima was tortured for a year but the yakuza torturing him was so impressed that he's not dead yet that he let them into the family. Then they kicked them out. Then Majima wants back in to save his bro, who's in trouble for killing 18 members of a rival family? Did I get that right?

I believe he was already in the family and he was tortured because he wanted to help his bro with the killing despite being told not to, and then was kicked out of the family but not killed because they were impressed with him living.

I just finished the game a few days ago and loved it. The only thing I knew about Yakuza going in was that it was essentially a beat 'em up and that the story was insane, and it delivered on both of those for me!

This caps easily my best performance ever with being on the leaderboard for multiple days and up to the top five for awhile before finally finishing in the top fifty. I'm very happy with where I ended up.

As for the match, it's looking like Witcher will be able to finish with at least 40. It's going to go up overnight before probably struggling again towards the end of the match.

Jerry Stiller was a part of my night every weekday when I was in my early teens. I have fond memories of watching reruns of The King Of Queens while eating dinner every day with my dad and brother. Seinfeld is one of my favourite shows of all time but I think I have fonder memories of Stiller on The King of Queens because of the aforementioned situation.

I've been thinking about it all day, RIP.
