It's definitely the best game of the year - it's not as crazy as some of the other classic plays like Music City Miracle or anything.

Still, it deserves credit for actually feeling like an earned win. Like both teams were really playing great, and the last play wasn't because of a fluke or a defensive mistake. Also, Vernon Davis's manly tears made me shed a manly tear of my own, I won't lie.

Yeah, that Saints/49ers game was the game of the year, imo.

First of all, she's cute. Secondly, the reason she gets turned into a fal'cie is because of some heroic sacrifice. That's about it, the rest of the game she's a crystal. Plus, she loves SNOW, and Snow is terrible, so she also must be terrible.

They should revamp Mega Man into a Cave Story - like adventure game.

Really good story, fast-paced shooting in four directions, minimal rpg elements, more reliant on skill in boss fights than picking the right weapon.

I love Mega Man, but I do think the stage select format is getting a bit old, and the metroidvania attempts haven't been too good.

Man, the whining about Lucas changing things never ceases to amaze me. It's the most minor, inconsequential things most of the time, and people get personally offended (I remember the last time this topic came up, people were wishing he had died young, which is just plain disgusting). Does it really matter if Greedo shoots first or Anakin has a different face or there's a few seconds of CGI additions in there? Does it make the films worse in any significant way? Does it make the acting, characters, and story any worse?

Of course not.

You should all be ashamed for getting so upset over such trivial crap. And while we're at it about changes to the original trilogy, how about that amazing remastering job they did on the blu ray version? Oh wait, we're all too hung up about Darth Vader saying no at the wrong moment to care about that.

Also The Phantom Edit is actually really good and I definitely recommend checking that out.

Is this a troll post? I don't understand how anyone can actually think this. Yes, actually, changing major aspects of the story in a negative way DOES make films worse. Have you ever told a story before?

I'm not super keen on Red XIII, but he does have some pretty good development and motivations. Some genuine tear jerker moments too near the end of the game. I hated using him in battle though.

yeah, I dig on pains. their main problems are that they offer absolutely nothing new and they have a terrible band name. pretty fun to listen to. I had completely forgot this came out in 2011.

vince you should check out the band "blouse" and the song "into black". it's along the same lines as this.

I really like the battle music in this game (both the regular and the super awesome LAGUNA VERSION). Eyes on Me is kind of nice I guess, kind of smaltzy. Fisherman's Wharf or whatever is god tier. Everything else I either disliked or was unmemorable.

I do think they're worse than the others, but I don't think they're offensively bad or anything.

Really, really bad. On paper, he doesn't seem like he would be so bad. There's a lot of potential there for him to be an engaging Vyse/Aladdin hybrid rip-off, but he ends up just sucking instead. Imagine if Luke Skywalker remained in "whiny brat mode" for the entire original SW trilogy instead of just the first half of A New Hope. He never saved Leia, he never became a Jedi or a member of the rebel alliance; Instead, he just watched Han do all those things.That's Vaan. Vaan is like if Aladdin met Princess Jasmine and the genie, and Jaffar, but instead of undergoing some character development chose to just remain a dumb thief instead. You keep thinking this kid is going to contribute something to the story, but he ends up just tagging along and playing second fiddle to the rest of the cast for the entirety of the game. Add to this a really terrible character design and subtract any endearing character traits and you have this stinker.

Really don't think any of those pics are funny.

I mean look at that guy. That guy couldn't beat someone to death if he had a baseball bat.

Like I said, I was also bullied a lot in high school. If you fight back (with fists) most of the time they will stop. You might even make friends.

I don't mean to justify bullying or violence, but in no way does a school fistfight pardon a murder. Sure maybe the kid was doing it in self defense or wasn't right in the head, but that is still a life taken away, and the kid should be charged with something.

And whether or not the bully knew the kid had a knife is relevant because it gives further credence to the notion that the kid definitely did not want to fight and made every intention to warn his attacker. If the attacker knows the kid has a knife and continues attacking, that shows clear intent to maim or kill. If the bully had no knowledge of the knife, it doesn't necessarily show anything more than intent to hurt.

I also have a concealed carry permit. People with concealed carry permits are taught to only draw their weapon if it's a life or death situation. If a man threatens you and punches you in the face, you are not allowed to draw your gun and blow his brains out. Why is this kid allowed to stab this guy 12 times?

As someone who was picked on in high school and got into many fights, it just seems ridiculous that this is allowed to go unpunished. Bullying and fighting is just something that happens. The bullied either learn to fight back or get better at running away. "Standing your ground" doesn't mean murdering a guy for hitting you one time. If I were the bullies' friends I'd want to kill this guy, y'know, for "justice" and all that.

A friend of mine and I got into a heated facebook debate over it. She says it's fine to do it whenever, whereever, without a cover, and I said it should be done most of the time with a cover and not in front of children or at work.

Steve Urkel has genius level intellect and has transformed into Stefan, who is all around stronger in everything, so I'm sure he could either build himself something to defend himself with or transform. Plus, he gets an adrenaline boost if there's cheese around.

The worst part of this game is still the Hide 'n Seek mini game near the beginning.

I swear I will never play another game which forces me to play hide 'n seek with some 5 year olds.

Welcome to every Ace Attorney case ever. It's a quirk of the universe that they can't declare someone innocent unless they find someone else who is guilty. It's a silly one, but it's laid out very clearly for you back in 1-1 so it's at least consistent!

Here's something that actually could've made Apollo Justice a lot better. Let the murder in 4-1 go unsolved, have Kristoph hang around for a while as a side character or whatever, and then in 4-4 he gets found guilty of both the 4-1 murder and the 4-4 murder. That way we can conveniently avoid Hobonix using forged evidence... again.

I read somewhere on this board that now Nomura says that Kingdom Hearts 3D is officially "Kingdom Hearts 3", I think Ulti posted it in his contest analysis thread. That's just something he made up right?
