Does it only affect buildings that are already placed? If not, could work around it by messing with the textures and using a texture pack that's just slightly changed to account for that.
It also makes my crops disappear which kinda sucks.
Is there any way to turn down the noise wind and rain make? It's literally twice as loud as the rest of Minecraft combined.
I think if you hold F7 and use the up and down arrows you can adjust the sound of that. Not 100% sure. I know you can turn it off completely with F7 too.
The thing about MWE that's bizarre to me is the fact that he slowly ramped up his trolling over the course of like, half a decade. He originally just kind of posted normally from what I can remember, although he had misleading links in his sig. They'd be labelled stuff like "bikini pic of my girlfriend" and the picture would be of an overweight girl covered in acne (who thankfully was not in a bikini). It's for this reason I'm sure that pic on the wiki isn't actually him...which makes people trying to mock him for it kinda pointless.
But yeah, after a while of posting normally, he started trolling, but he'd do it with quite a bit of subtlety. He wasn't very aggressive at all about it, and oddly enough, barely anyone responded to it. I remember some WVI topic about how he was the most passive troll ever or something like that, but that was probably the biggest reaction he got.
But now that his trolling has ramped up to incredibly obvious levels, somehow more people are falling for it.
From: DigitalIncision | #010 Right click and edit search engines. I imagine that means you're going to switch to Duck Duck Go, the best search engine in existence! Are you also saying that in order to switch search engines I have to go into "edit search engines"? Whereas with Firefox you could just immediately open up a dropdown menu and pick the one you needed? Because if there's no faster way to switch search engines I'm switching back tbqh, that is trash.
You can set up keywords for each search engine I believe, such that hitting w and tab will do a wiki search. At least, I think that's how it works....don't really bother with it for the most part.
I believe there might also be an extension that allows you to do the old dropdown method, but I'm not sure.
If the "same body" theory is still true, this means that we know LE's weakness though. All you have to do is say "Calliope" to him and he'll suddenly assume the mind of a nice British girl. That would be hilarious.
It's Roxy who knows it, though. Depending on the circumstances, saying it correctly may take several tries.
And on Voyager 1 is a golden record, providing various information/greetings, such as the fact that it originates from a solar system with nine planets.
Skimmed through the discussion about the video/kickstarter on the first page, then decided to skip to the last page to see how the discussion had progressed.
I only use /home for two reasons: 1. Using a bed doesn't set your spawn for some reason 2. I was trying to figure out how to fix my nether portal teleporting me to Jeff's
In all of these cases, the WORST outcome is that you don't make any money.
The worst case is it costs them money, due to transaction fees. The argument isn't against piracy. It's actually preferable to them if you pirate rather than pay one cent, which is what tcaz was saying.
Although, since you did bring it up, I've never been particularly sold on the argument that people who pirate often bring in more customers by telling people how awesome it is. In my experience it's usually a lot more like
Person A: Yeah, this game is pretty awesome Person B: Oh really? Sounds interesting Person A: Yeah, I can give you the .iso if you want
It has pretty much an equal chance of bringing in new customers as it does dissuading someone from buying just because their friend can easily give them the game.
What has the biggest impact is convenience and extra features, really. Just as it's easy and convenient for me to grab an .iso and a crack from someone's external drive or dropbox, it's easy for me to just buy a game from Steam, which has numerous benefits if I do (being able to download it anywhere, the whole Steam community thing, etc.). And sales obviously make it much easier to impulse-buy
Basically I feel that pirates bringing in additional consumers is not generally something that happens to any noticeable degree. I'm sure there are stories, but I think it's pretty rare that pirates are actually beneficial. They're mostly just neutral.
Chose to broadcast Darrow's confession. Then went back and viewed all of the endings, of course.
The game itself was really fun, though it had some things I didn't like +The "social battles" were awesome and probably my favorite part of the game +The setting, story, and dialogue were pretty good and definitely drew me in +The weapons that I used were fairly fun/satisfying +While the boss battles were not so great overall, I did enjoy the second one
-The boss fights overall were pretty poor -The battery system is kinda dumb -I feel like there weren't enough interesting choices in terms of choosing upgrades
By the way, what happens if you choose to get the biochip installed, anyway? Also, what happens to the scientists if Malik is dead (and thus unable to evacuate them)? Are there any interesting things I might have missed?
Just out of curiosity, how does the Nether work in the 360 version? In the PC version, traveling one black in the Nether is equal to traveling eight in the normal world. But PC worlds are effectively infinite, while 360 worlds have size limits. Is the Nether really small compared to the regular world on the 360?
