I only carry cash when I know I'm going to need some (haircuts, convention vendor rooms, farmer's markets, etc.) and I am 30 y/o so I can vouch for this. It shocks me when someone carries more than $40 in cash unless they're attending some event.

If I'm flying, I usually carry $1,000~ cash. Don't want to be far away and have some potential issue with a card.

Maybe it'll get to the point that people have to leave a nice knit toilet seat cover or small potted flowers. Then people have to one-up those by replacing the toilet with one of those fancy Japanese toilets with 100 functions and a Nintendo Switch dock. There's just no end to the madness.

But nicer is subjective. What if a Sony fanboy saw the Switch and destroyed it, thinking he was making it nicer. Where do those limits stop?

This topic caused me to look up the name of that one F-Zero course(s).

For a while, I thought, due to your sig, your name, Red Shifter, was named because of the F-Zero GX course. I just found it's called "Sand Ocean: Lateral Shift", and also "Red Canyon". So "Red Shifter" was never an F-Zero reference.

Switch is definitely on pace to surpass GC, but I'm not quite ready to make that move yet.

I just fucking love the NES. Zelda 1 and 2, Mario 1-3, Mega Man 1-6, Metroid, Tecmo Super Bowl, Castlevania 1-3, Punch-Out... yeah, SNES is close but no console has a 5-pack of games I love as much as SMB3, MM2, MM3, Zelda 1, and Zelda 2. Those are 5 of my top 10 favorite games of all time. I don't have a single SNES game in my top 10, even though the SNES has a bit deeper of a library probably.

Here is a guy who gets it.

My ranking is almost the same.
