Yeah, the LG OLED picture is pretty awesome. I had a Super Bowl party at my place and didn't specifically mention that it was a new TV, and a couple of people commented on the picture quality. And FWIW, sports isn't even the best way to showcase that TV -- it's best watching more cinematic pieces where the contrast and dark levels can shine. But the benefit of sports is that there is no visible motion blur (with the right settings).

No, it was meant as a really cry for cops to stop killing black people. I mean there were just one incident after the other of black people being shot to death by cops during things like basic traffic stops and the cops getting away with it each time. Which made it feel like black lives didn't matter at all because they could just get killed with impunity. Hence black lives matter. The motto wasn't meant to be racist at first.

There is a real issue with police brutality and militarization in the U.S. that unfortunately got completely obscured by BLM, who quickly made their movement into a racial victim and anti-responsibility platform. The chance for a real discussion about how to change and improve police conduct was squandered, and now this discussion has no chance of happening under Trump.

In the end, the group was not useless in making any actual progress, it was harmful to its own cause.

This is such a weird response. It is almost like youre trying to deflect from the fact that this guy was inspired by trump and the alt right, which puts us all in danger, which is the point of this topic.

The guy wasn't inspired by Trump; he and other people like him were part of the reason Trump was elected. The election empowered him, the same way Obama's election did for other groups with victim complexes.
