No. You're wrong. I literally told you how to find out you're wrong. The regulation literally defines what an employee is, and it explicitly says that is unaffected by pay.

For purposes other than subparts B and C of this part, it does not include the President or Vice President. Status as an employee is unaffected by pay or leave status or, in the case of a special Government employee, by the fact that the individual does not perform official duties on a given day.

It has nothing to do with "misuse of government funds." The regulation says nothing about that. It literally just says a government employee cannot endorse a product like that.

The "she's not paid" argument doesn't even really track, since if she has used any government resources whatsoever, she's in use of government funds. If she has ever been on Air Force One, if she has ever had security, if she has used a stapler in the White House, she has been in use of government funds. Her not taking a personal paycheck doesn't change that.

The only thing that really seems impressive is the "instant death" spell, but those always come off very gameplay-mechanicy in RPGs, whether from being likely to miss, or not working on tougher enemies, or so on, so unless Ghaleon has actual feats of just using it instantly in every single confrontation, it doesn't impress much. Godzilla just seems way too tanky for anything else he has.

The way this argument has gone, it basically comes off like at some point in your life, whether it's because of how you were raised, the culture around you, or what have you, you've come to accept this kind of behavior and see it as, if not acceptable, atleast "not that bad." You've even, admittedly, taken part in this kind of behavior, yourself. So now that you're seeing so many people come out against this behavior and call it out, you're naturally getting defensive, whether you mean to or not. Hence why you see the behavior getting called out as some kind of attack. You see people calling out the behavior and shaming it as more abnormal than the behavior itself, so you're trying to internalize stuff from a viewpoint of seeing that as the bigger issue than the crime itself.

Which I'm not going to pry on, and I'm not going to judge. I'm just trying to figure out potentially why you see this bigger issue behind the people shaming, while we're like "Uh... Duh?"
