But here, what do we get? We get superheroes and poorly done superheroes. There really isnt anything else at the mainstream companies. Its superheroes, superheroes, superheroes.
Why, why would you want to read this crap if you had a choice of reading a genre that you prefer, be it horror, or mystery, or espionage, or golf? When theres only one flavor in American comics, of course Japanese comics are going to win the day.

PHILADELPHIA - A fugitive wanted in connection to murder of a teenage girl who was stalked and gunned down while walking her dog in Philadelphia has been taken into custody.
Qasim Pointer was arrested by U.S. Marshals Friday in Newark on charges related to the Sept. 2022 shooting death of 17-year-old Teryn Johnson in Frankford.
Investigators later released surveillance video from the incident that shoed a suspect shooter and a getaway car stalking Johnsons path before opening fire.
Almost five months after the deadly shooting, U.S. Marshals arrested 20-year-old Halim Evans and 29-year-old Jamel King after spotting their car at a King of Prussia hotel.
Pointer was highlighted by the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in July with eight fugitives wanted for homicides across Northeast Philadelphia.

Anton Tony Lazzaro was found guilty in March by a federal jury of seven counts involving commercial sex acts with five girls ages 15 and 16 in 2020, when Lazzaro was 30. The charges carried mandatory minimum sentences of 10 years with a maximum of life in prison.

Prosecutors had requested a 30-year sentence for Lazzaro. They likened Lazzaro to financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was arrested in 2019 on federal charges accusing him of paying underage girls for massages and then abusing them at his homes in Florida and New York. The defense asked for no more than 10 years.
