I don't know how much the rest of you know about Japanese culture (I'm an expert), but honor and shame are huge parts of it. It's not like it is in America where you can become successful by being an asshole. If you screw someone over in Japan, you bring shame to yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is repentance. What this means is the japanese public, after hearing about this, is not going to want to purchase FFXIII for either system, nor will they purchase any of Square's games. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but Square has alienated an entire market with this move. It's a shame that the game has such weak graphics and performance because outside of those two things it's an S tier Pokemon game.There's also the lack of post-game content without DLC. FINALLY, after dropping the ball for 10 years since X/Y--and despite the earlier Stadium games getting it right over a decade prior--Blastoise finally fires Hydro Pump from its cannons, instead of from its mouth.

Weird how they didn't really do anything with it. They made Viva Pinata which was a cute puzzle game, a Perfect Dark sequel, and then a Banjo Kazooie sequel, but that was basically it. Whatever happened to the G.S. ball?It was supposed to have contained Celebi inside of it, but when they did the fourth movie which also featured Celebi, the GS Ball plotline was seen as redundant so they had them drop it off with Kurt and leave it there, hoping that the fans would eventually forget about it. Honestly, the reasoning behind it was rather dumb.
