Because of this, the CCP regularly uses their contacts in whatever country Shen Yun is touring in to try to sabotage them.
EDIT: Okay, so the video in the OP went into more detail. The leader is against interracial marriage, LGBT, and evolution, which the video says can be seen in the performances; they all live on a compound where phone and internet access is restricted; and they are hard-core right-wingers who support Trump due to his tough stance on China (understandable as far as the reason, but still).
