Mine went out after a thunderstorm a couple years ago, they said it would be a week before they could get a tech out to me. Then the next day, I get a call from the guy saying he was in the area. It's what I got and how I get free Internet with this program. The basic 300/10 is the lowest one they actually advertised which is 85 dollars and the one you most likely have.
