Honest Hearts was my fave, purely for the region and conflict. After it's over, though, it's not that great -- all the enemies kinda dwindle, major NPCs leave, and there really aren't a ton of quests in the first place. I agree that Dead Money is a grower, though. It's really the hair-pulling first playthrough that makes it seem ten times more annoying than it really is.
