Just recently tried to play it again and was annoyed within 5 minutes. Bethesda's interpretation doesn't really show that off. The west coast is in better shape 100 years after the Great War than the east coast is 200 years after. That way you get to play 4 and probably enjoy it then move on to new vegas which will be a better game and enjoy that even more. After it's over, though, it's not that great -- all the enemies kinda dwindle, major NPCs leave, and there really aren't a ton of quests in the first place. I agree that Dead Money is a grower, though.
