It's one of those sites that once used to be really popular but slowly eroded it's way into obscurity by allowing it's staff to abuse and alienate most of their users. They burned bridges, disgruntled most of their customers, and the staff has too much foolish pride so they point the finger at anyone besides themselves for the fallout. Apparently it is never their fault how most people don't want to deal with them.
