I figure that Hitler was all pissed because Germany was broken and poor after WWI.

I also heard that his dislike for the Jewish was because they wasn't putting anything back in.

But hell, maybe Hitler had PTSD from his WW1 experiences and the dope he was on.

Hell I still have a cheap $100 Katana I bought in 2001.

Changed the handle out and took the tsuba off and wrapped it up like Buddy's from Six String Samurai.

It was as sharp as a butter knife after about 15 years of hacking and beating random shit up.

Took various grades of files and put a edge back on it a few years ago.

Not razor sharp but it has a edge again.

It's the same one that I knocked a ceiling fan blade off when fooling around with it.

Went to the ABC yesterday and stocked up just in case it tried a okie doke.

Also grabbed a dozen cans of food and a 24pk of water at Food Lion.

Your local Churches don't do grabs?

Here you can get tons of food on hand downs.

The cerals here are the off brands like you get in the Joint.

Funny thing is that the homeless and druggies don't go there to get free food.

Regular people go there.

I use to debate on how people who could buy normal people food would go there and take from poor people.

Then I realized that because if they don't it'd just get tossed in the trash.

swords were sharp but not that sharp. the primary way to take out an armoured opponents was to thrust through gaps in the plate, they're not strong enough to cut through the metal, and hence they didn't need to be all that sharp on the edges. A sword pommel swung hard enough if you don't have a hammer is going to be put major dents in it and really, really hurt.

I recall reading that something like a Claymore doesn't have to be razor sharp.

The weight alone would break bones and crack skulls.
