It's just a show about growing up, the stories are based off the real life experiences of Nick Kroll (one of the main guys in The League) and his friend back when they were in high school Andrew Goldberg. It's a very funny show with a lot of great comedic talent in it like Jordan Peele, Fred Armisen, etc... The art style is a bit weird but it was made that way to over-exaggerate puberty and how awkward kids can look sometimes.
