Tomorrow I'll probably take a break
Tuesday run and legs.
Then go straight W-Th-F, PPL, since I'm busy all weekend traveling and wont get to work out til monday again.

I haven't worked out since maybe the end of December / early january. My life has been so insanely busy with work and a kid. I've also been eating like shit. I look and feel like mush.

Today is the day I get back into it. Woke up early, sipping coffee as we speak.

I don't even know where to start. Maybe 1/2 mile warmup jog then start PPL.

Gonna clean up the diet too. No more desserts, soda, or fried foods.

They literally take a few basic bio-science courses and most of their training is in social work.

I understand PA's, they go through med school which is almost as rigorous as MD's but they have less years of clinical practice before they are licensed. But I can hold high level conversations with PA's. With NP's I can't.

I work with both on a daily basis.

America is probably one of the least racist and most accepting countries in the world. We're up there with Canada IMO. But America also has significant regional differences. Being a minority in the west coast or northeast is going to be different than a minority in the midwest or south. And I'm not talking about people just yelling racial slurs at you in public. I'm talking about the more subtle ways where people discriminate without you realizing it. Just a quick example I encounter, theres an asian doctor who works at a rural ER nearby. I've had multiple patients describe him using racial slurs and sterotypes. Its really irritating to hear things like that.

You aren't refuting anything we're saying. And you seem to be agreeing that the farmers are protected now and they won't be with the new laws. You also haven't explained how this won't just lead to big business taking over farming and screwing over its farmers...which you yourself will agree is a large part of the population. Like I said, perfect example of Indian government being in the pockets of big business and screwing over its own citizens for the benefit of the rich.

Really the only people who don't see it that way seem to be hindu nationalist fucks.

Simple question, why would a country enact laws that ruin the lives of so many of its own people? Government is designed to protect its people and improve their livelihoods not to sacrifice them for the good of the economy.

Just a prototypical example of a government in the pocket of big business, sacrificing its poor and middle class for the benefit of the upper/rich class.

You wonder why India is such a poor country? Its because the government is controlled by the upper class and they will go to any length possible to maintain that class divide. Thats why all these indian aristocrats are spewing this anti protest propoganda.

Maybe ask yourself why India is still so poor that such a large share of the population is still working in agriculture.

I think this country recently passed laws outlawing muslim and hindu people from marrying each other....in the year 2020. Imagine that. They also ruled in favor of child molesters saying its legal to grope children through clothes because its not skin-to-skin contact and therefor not sexual. Its incredibley overrated.

Its basically a glorified carls jr. Their regular burgers are just standard burgers with too much mustard. Their fries are just standard fries.

The only thing that stands out is their sauces. Their sauces are great. Other than that its a very average burger. Shake shack and in n out are significantly better.

Garbagio.

In december I was on a mission, was running a mile a day, lifting, went from 183 to 175. Then the wife got pregnant and I picked up alot more baby responsibilities, so I'm getting up in the middle of the night when our 17mo old cries. Because of that I get shitty sleep and am too tired for 5am workouts which is the only time I get during the day. So all of january I didn't work out. I eat bad but less quantity so my weight has been steady. Not to mention all that water retention from lifting has gone down, that probably has contributed somewhat to my weight being stable.
