| Lolo_Guru 05/05/23 3:04:05 PM #59 | Yeah, evermore is commonly a 3-4 hr experience for me with normal settings anymore, and I could probably pare that down even more if I used alchemy more often. Giving money and exp a multiplier is a good thing, I usually double both. Also short boss rush makes the final boss sequence shorter by quite a bit. And Lufia 2 appears to have some robust settings where you can change the length of the infinite dungeon, and end it with a boss from the pool of bosses in the game instead of the master jelly it would normally have. 99 levels (the usual length) is probably too long for your purposes, but around half might make it more manageable. Stardew was an ordeal and I had no idea what was actually checks (and what wasn't) when I started. if it's not changed significantly I might just sleep 2 years in a row after like, meeting everyone. as all those quests villagers give you are checks, sleeping for that long would take like nothing timewise and after that you'd have all the requests in your mailbox at the start of year 3 (probably) On the other hand; Zelda 1 translates pretty well as a shorter, more open game for this, and ZeldaDX does keysanity... ok. --- Lolo |
