The puzzles trusted my intelligence in unique ways and the story kept moving with what felt like plenty of options. If I got too hung up on that first major choice, fine, and I'll be waiting to better see how that choice matters in the long run here...especially if Chloe just died. So Nathan and Mr. Jefferson got something going on. It wasn't enough for him to win Everyday Heroes, or maybe it's why Victoria won it. It also makes my warning wrong about Nathan...possibly. Hard to tell yet because currently I'm needled in a junkyard and I'm probably about to be in a ducttape photoshoot. This one felt like two huge choices under the disguise of one, and by the time I realized a timeline was on the line it was too late. Game's still cool and I don't know that I would have changed my answer, but I wish selecting timelines would have been its own choice or at least wish it would have been more clear deciding Chloe's future would also decide which timeline would be chosen. --- GameFlux: Unofficial GameFAQs board browser |

So this game's impressed me in a new way by simply tackling this issue of being handicapped and considering how much it can change your life. It's bold for a game that tells you to tap A to turn the page of a photo album. I'm cautioua to just jump on board of the idea that people so handicapped are ready for friend-assisted suicide, but the game does have a great narrative leading up to this moment and I'll be curious to see where it goes from here. --- GameFlux: Unofficial GameFAQs board browser |
