I have no idea. I've never really paid attention to the value of anything I have after I got it.

not vegan, but i am meat free.

breakfast: low sugar oatmeal w/blueberries and natural peanut butter. the PB adds some protein and helps keep me full. berries for a hint of sweet and some fruit.

lunch: veggie burrito w/fruit (apple, orange, maybe both). i make a batch of burrito filling to feed me for the week. i make a cup of rice in the rice cooker, then cook a diced onion + bell pepper in a skillet with some olive oil, salt and spices. then i rinse off a can of black beans and a can of corn, then add that to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes. then i mix in the rice and i'm done. every day i heat up a serving of the burrito mix on a plate, then put it on a heated tortilla and add some salsa and cheese.

i have a bunch of different dishes i make for dinner. almost all involve lentils or beans. pasta e f**ioli (lmao fuck off gamefaqs) is one of my favorites. bean chili poured over pasta. spiced lentils and carrots over rice. LMK if you want more detailed recipes.

i have an Arizer Solo and a S&B Mighty for portables. the Solo is solid and definitely worth considering as a cheaper option. the Mighty is a beast and is the unit I'd recommend, but it's kinda pricey.

My understanding is that the area is going to be developed either way, this vote was over whether or not to include affordable housing in that development. Since it failed the vote, the originally planned housing will be built there.
