Worlds outside of this site. Suikoden kinda faded into obscurity, but when the new game comes out (Eiyuden Chronicle) that should change things. They can't brand it as what it is because Konami.

Teddie > Koromaru > Kitty

I don't see why there's any debate. Teddie is the best-developed of the three and his puns are critical to the party's chemistry developing - he really adds a lot to the dynamics (and he acts like a teenage male, so IDK why people have a problem with that, especially considering Yukiko flirted with him too). His identity crisis and trying to find out what he even is gets him a lot of points since that's so easy to relate to. Teddie's also the best in battle of the three.

Koromaru has a good design and a versatile moveset, though his damage output is pretty bad. His backstory is pretty simple and we don't get anything interesting with that... I haven't played P3P though. Purely talking the original here. P3P may help me have a reason to actually remember him.

Kitty is the worst character in battle in P5 because his defenses are so paper-thin that he dies before he can perform the healing he needs to. He's also the most obnoxious of these three, and it's not just due to him being what the game uses to tell you to go to bed because you have something the following afternoon. It's also how his Ann fetish is creepy due to his insistence that he's human... when he's not.

"Singapore" really started this off with... an odd bang. It was like a drunken, comical Disney villain song that I couldn't understand. I went in knowing that Tom Waits is eccentric, but this is something else, and I enjoyed it at the same time I was confused by it. Musicianship is great. I have no idea what to make of his voice even still (the only song I'd heard from this was "Downtown Train" and that was just once, stemming from me liking the Rod Stewart version and wanting to check out the original... which is very different, but just as excellent). I really needed a third listen but I'm not going to have that kind of time.

I own a small one that's good enough for my needs. I only cook fried food in there instead of using the stove or toaster oven. It's not big enough to, say, cook a pizza. But for what it does cook, damn is it good.

The fact that the bride is 16 y/o is not lost on me. She's not mature enough to be making marriage decisions, regardless of what is or isn't legal where this is. So while he blatantly lacks maturity (since he's definitely about the same age) in the fact that they had a ceremony and he didn't dress for it, don't let her off the hook either for marrying this guy at 16 y/o.

If he wanted to get married in something so casual, should've just eloped without a ceremony like some people do. Doesn't change that this whole thing could be a farce for social media attention, since she didn't tell him "Go get dressed. And don't keep our guests waiting."

James Bond has rankings all over the place, but some people do things that are considered objectively incorrect.

Survivor seasons also have wildly different rankings often determined by when someone started watching.

I've seen many kinds of lists for both and I don't think I've ever seen the same one twice.

I managed SoJ just fine without having played AJ.

AFAIK Apollo gets significantly more character development in SoJ than in the game named for him.

6-4 is filler and an unnecessary inclusion of Nahyuta - his shtick was getting very tiring by that point and he's the biggest reason why I'm a bit lower on it than other people.

Both parts of 6-5 are fantastic and are a 10 by themselves but getting there is kind of a slog at times... and I'm not including the DLC case here.

I did a first listen but this is going to need a second. Should post my list tomorrow.

Lovie Smith was decent in Chicago but mediocre in Champaign - and I attribute that to him not being as good of a recruiter as he is a coach. He's shown he can succeed at the NFL level. A large reason the Bears still suck is because they let him go.

I must wonder how that happened since they seemed to want Josh McClown... who would've been a much worse hire. Something seems sketchy about all this... but in the end, it's good for the Texans, because they got a better coach anyway.

Rodgers going to another NFC North team is absolutely out of the question. No way would Gutekunst and Lafleur allow him to join a hated rival. He could end up in another division in the NFC, of course.

Packers still hold the right to trade him where they want to, but because his deal needs to be restructured (his cap hit is ridiculous), he can demand a trade since he has that leverage. He didn't have the same leverage last year.

I just want this to be done with. There has already been more than enough negative press covfefe. If he leaves, he leaves. I'm ambivalent at this point since while I love his abilities, he's still a dick at the end of the day, and his toxic Prima Donna attitude can go.

I went into this with doubts since I'd only ever heard "Levitating" before this, but found this ripe with catchy hooks and fun, lively beats. The ones toward the bottom for me were simply less memorable; my top 7 were all ones I can recall after listening, and it's a mighty big feat for an album to pull that off after two listens. The others aren't bad, just dwarfed.

It's a typical Pokemon story that does its world-building right. There are no notable twists and it's extraordinarily simple. Bad guys are bad guys to be bad guys. Protagonist is protagonist to be protagonist. Brendan is a jerk rival to be a jerk rival. There's zero depth beyond that, and both Team Aqua and Team Magma are nonsensical.

The world-building for Hoenn is the only reason it's this high. Other Pokemon games would score a little better, though not much, in part because they're less ridiculous.

Stardew Valley: 500+ hours
Persona 4: Something like 450 hours (original + Golden)
Tales of the Abyss: 300ish hours

The Sims 4 is also up there, and I'd guess Age of Mythology as well but that was so long ago that I couldn't begin to estimate.

Biologically 2, but for all intents and purposes 3. My mom's stepmom has always been "Grandma" to me, because her mother passed away like 40 years ago and I never got to meet her.

My dad's mom turns 99 this month and she's clearly fading so I'm prepared for the worst...

Would be a refreshing character battle to not have the nostalgic characters dominating.

I like Girlfriend, Hot, I'm With You, and Complicated the most but not sure in which order.
