I've had one done. The worst part was easily the noise.

The first one might be an improvement but the rest seem to be a step backward.

Tio from Arifureta, though I would not recommend watching it.
The entire cast of Busou Shinki depending on your definition of transformation.
Certain characters in Freezing. Wouldn't recommend this one either.

I've got 10 and 11 each on multiple systems and strongly prefer 10. 10 is hardly perfect but I intend to skip 11 on my main system and see what 12 has to offer.

My expectations are low.

There were studies making similar conclusions pretty early on into the pandemic. I remember reading one four years ago now that mentioned an average drop of 7 IQ among many thousands of participants after getting the virus even in mild or asymptomatic cases.
