The terrorists that committed the October 7th massacres need to be hunted to the ends of the Earth and brought to justice. However, someone needs to remind the Israelis that if you really are going to be a light among the nations, a beacon of freedom and democracy in the Middle East, if thats going to be the platform you want to hang your hat on, then its high time they concede the religious nationalistic stuff in favor of a nationalism predicated on those ideals. That way when someone asks a Rabbi like Hillel to teach the Torah while standing on one foot and he replies Love your neighbor as you would yourself, their neighbors would actually be convinced that they mean it. Like that bullshit document that apparently leaked this week where they want relocate all of Gaza to Egypt. Thats bullshit, and will do nothing but set the peace process back a few decades. Nothing Jewish about it, and I condemn whoever wrote it. At the same time, its also important for the Free Palestine Movement to embrace that End Racism idea and do what they can to help curb the rising tide of antisemitism as well. (I know there are many that are already doing this, but it needs to be universal.)
