Man. I get happy about one Thanos fake claim and I have a reputation for gloating. So unfair.

Also Marths vote on joyrock is by far by far the worst vote of this entire game so far. Atrocious.

we just went from everyone wanting to vote wallz to only one person wanting to vote wallz after a single post from him. why do you think it's beyond your control?

To try to collect what else I have:

Lea being a follower tracks perfectly normal for her. Not sure I understand the turn on her but she got real fucking defensive over it when called out. She knows she plays spineless with chris in the game. Weird but not enough for me to feel a desire to join the lynch.

Peaf has been suspecting me every gsme for eternity for things that sound good on paper but dont actually matter as much as he thinks. He tracks pretty normal to me so far. Definite town lean.

Ulti came in contuing his dumb fued with sbell. We know 100% they cant be scum together. In the interest of knowing ulti is 100% about projection, I'm going to guess the excuse thing was actually about himself. No reason to think he'd learn and not just idle out most of the day like his last scum game. So prob town.

Not done but posting cause mobile is dumb.

Crescent-Moon posted... I like what I've seen from MZero and Death. MZero feels... Chipper. I'm not going to say exactly what I think that means, but I think he's town. I think Chris is probably town on an Ulti scumflip. I know better than to townconfirm Chris though.

I think Joyrock is coasting after his "too scummy to be scum" approach yesterday. I think I saw him get mentioned by exactly one person when I was catching up. I don't remember who it is offhand, but that person is probably town if Joyrock is scum. I would wager that if we get a scumflip from him, we'll find scum in someone who spent day 1 making excuses for him. I'd have to check back to remember who specifically.

I kind of feel like Corrik/Ulti is town Corrik being stubborn about scum Ulti or scum Corrik knowing Ulti is town. Most of all I don't see them being scum together. I'm so fish numbed with the arguments on Ulti that it's making reading him confusing to me.

I find you [Lea], Red, and Changmas underwhelming and you would be the next people I'd pressure. The only post I actually remember you making was the post being mad at Marth (Frankly though if I weren't mad at like a billion other people right now I'd be mad at Marth too so I get it.). Red chainposted once and has done.. Little otherwise. I barely remember anything Chang has done and he's felt on the sidelines with his posting today. I expect more of a forceful tone from Chang that I don't feel like I've seen day 2.

i haven't seen anyone else call for it so chris i would like to specifically request to receive the fish/goldeen tonight if that's on the table. i want a pet to keep me company during the long nights.

i feel like sbell honestly lost his mind with the whole cody fish thing which was all very strange. is he scum? probably not. but weird behavior nonetheless

seeing as my reads this game have really been nothing short of awful i am honestly down to sheep for corrik today while i re-evaluate the game and figure out my own bearings. because i've seen a whole lot of games where corrik really does find the whole scum team early on and just straight up can't convince anyone of it. so i say we give him a chance here and see what he's cooking. who are we voting right now, Lea?

The only time Changmas has mentioned Corrik is a day one post listing him under "needs more info". Sheeping Corrik because Corrik has the highest solving attribute and low charisma is reasonable ... If you have a really solid reason to think Corrik is town. Scans, positive results. This lack of considering scum Corrik is a red flag.

Secondly, Chang says he is doing that because his reads are downright awful so far. But, like...are they? It's day two and we have two flips. Chang voted Joyrock over Marth. And suspected Peaf. So wrong once, basically. Seems weird to give up entirely on playing the game yourself based on this game state.

And finally, Chang has clearly wanted to go after me for a long time. He has made many a passive comment about how my reads are similar to Ulti's, dancing on the side like a little chaos goblin if anyone else wanted to jump on. Why not just actually try to kill me for my own sins? Why subsume your will and responsibility to Corrik? It utterly lacks conviction and smacks of scum who doesn't want to stick his neck out too much.

The thing that really stands out to me is that Lea never changed her mind a single time in all of day 1

Ever. Isn't that kind of crazy? Her list of suspicions were a tally board that kept getting added to. It went from Marth, to Marth and Red, to Marth and Chris and she voted between them. She also made an off hand comment about suspecting chang and what do you know! He was in the scum list too.

This is not a real town thought process. Town doesn't flow along adding people to a board, especially someone as good as Lea.

Lea decided Marth was scum 150 posts into topic 1 and road that boat all the way to the lynch with nothing stopping her

there is a debate to be had with joyrock if we are feeling good about him being scum though

because that is a player slot you can leave in the game that will not fight back so if we have a 2nd scum player it's prolly better to get rid of them

In a world where Ulti is Town, who do you think is Scum, here? I think I trust you the most of everyone alive (it changes based on who twings my paranoia at any given moment) but your reads feel pretty misaligned with my own, so I'm curious to know how you'd solve this game from where I'm currently at.

i think there's likely one scum in the plum / lea duo

i think there's definitely at least one scum between joyrock and crescent who is laying low

regardless of how the lea / plum split goes it's worth looking at corrik who i'd have to go back to check but my memory suggests he has been a big influence in looking at both of them and egging them on to an extent so he may have been the invisible hand guiding that the way he wants

wallz is pushing hardest on ulti scum so that's a good person to look into as well, especially considering his claim was a bit calculated in terms of how much info he gave to get people off of his case on day 1 and i could see him having gotten help with what to say there to do it correctly

not sure what to make of ctes and death. ctes had a very strong day 1 but i haven't been too impressed on day 2 so he's dropping down my town list. death i always think is scum so i need somebody else to tell me what to think there or when we're allowed to lynch him hehe

let cody resolve himself with backup

if someone else gets a fish tonight though (and hopefully it's me :) i am willing to consider you town until further notice. red and ulti i still believe are town and want to not lynch either today. tiny bit concerned about mzero being stubborn on ulti but that is likely NAI

I don't think scum SBell claims the roleblock there after Ulti essentially said it didn't come from scum. Also, if Ulti is town and telling the truth, it means scum really didn't block plum, which isn't a great look when he's claimed power (and a pretty strong one at that).

on the flip side. I could just be so awful at this and I managed to kill death the same night scum did and I roleblocked plum thr same night scum did.

But what are those chances?

Understandable but my role is genuinely strange. Not my fault.

Plum, I want to applaud you here. This ISO of Lea was really compelling to me and really laid out before my eyes a lot of the concerns I had floating around my head about Lea. It also bothered me that she was tunneled in onto Marth and that she has had trouble adjusting her reads to the evolving game state. I think you've convinced me to take a hard stance here and spring into action.

But Chris using it on you confirmed nothing as you would have known he visited you regardless by having the item. It doesn't confirm your role in any way absolutely whatsoever.

also MZero i will say has attempted to pocket me like this before as scum, being the only person willing to confidently call me town and trying to use that to get me to call him town back

Finally got a scan with actual information. The "backup" role is a mafia role and it's called resurrect.

I'm not arguing the wording of my scan with you when it literally tells me the mafia role name is resurrect and exactly matches what Cody's claim was.

I just used a shortcut to get to the end of the scan.

I sent out the beetle on high. The resurrect is called a special priority entirely.

High priority not found. He returned with a special one. This is exactly how it reads.

Hes the claimed backup and my role only sees mafia items. I see a special flag that can target a dead town player for one use backup.

I mean Im not that good at this game but no one else alive claimed town backup.
