I don't think scum SBell claims the roleblock there after Ulti essentially said it didn't come from scum. Also, if Ulti is town and telling the truth, it means scum really didn't block plum, which isn't a great look when he's claimed power (and a pretty strong one at that).

But I considered that too and then devil advocated that maybe scum doesn't have a roleblock item that's got that many uses? But it makes more sense for Plum just to be scum, especially wasting a watch on Chris when it was insanely obvious that scum wasn't going to touch Chris after he avoided a modkill.
