It's Xenoblade DE for me, I think. Pretty sure I hit 100+ on the Wii version too though, so other than that I think it's Hades.

Steam says I have 101 hours in Stardew Valley, and I played it once for a bit in December.

...or maybe not. That must have been while out of synch, offline, because it says the last time I played it was in 2020. In that case, amusingly, it must be Cities: Skylines...which I started playing last year and have over 1300 hours in.

...For the achievement. Though, it was my last one, and the last few hours were just letting the game sit idle, and I don't know if that counts.

Assuming that I am interpreting this correctly, I played Dragon Age: Inquisition in 2021 and hit the 100 hour mark.

If you actually mean the most recently released game that I hit 100 hours in, I think that it would have to be Apex Legends.
