I guess I order roast beef and cheddar cheese because the rest I either have no idea wtf it is or just doesn't seem tasty.
Oh and I guess mashed potatoes

There are no fries.
You could just get fried jacket potatoes which would kinda be like hashbrowns I guess.

I would get one of everything. If I was in first class, Id be one of those very large red faced men with a monocle who eats and drinks copious amounts of food. Id die of a heart attack or choking on a piece of cheese while coughing up ungodly amounts of phlegm before we even hit the iceberg.

I have seen a couple of videos of people recreating some of these dishes, some were good, a lot were really nasty. Honestly the Veal & Ham Pie sounds pretty good. We need to bring back meat pies, not enough people make them anymore.

shout out to my boy Charles Joughin btw

underrated person from history. the dude survived the titanic and was in the 28 degree water for like 2-3 hours (most died of hypothermia in 10-30 minutes max). he got so hammered that night that it kept his blood warm enough to survive and a calm enough mind to not panic in the situation. truly a dude that rocked.

idk why but i find the titanic FASCINATING

the way everything went down is just very very interesting to me. from the survivor stories to the way the ship snapped in half and sank.

When the Titanic sank, people didn't die from drowning because even people with lifejackets died within 2 minutes from the freezing temperature.
I guess I'm curious to know if the Titanic sank in the North Atlantic today, would the lifejackets save them this time?

Considering the average ocean temperature has only increased by around 1.5F since 1901 I think they are still screwed.

I often wonder if it's at all related to the same way northerners handle cold better. Bodies actually adapted to cold.
