4*s for Ganyu/Kokomi banners are Xingqiu, Sucrose and Dori.

I havent progressed Sumerus story more yet at all. Im annoyed with this mushroom hunt for Collei too on top of the fact Im getting no artifacts worth anything for her either. Ive yet to get a good artifact from the domain period and been trading all the junk for VV artifacts 75% of which have come back as DEF % mains with bad subs :(

Archon Quest Act 3 Part 2 is something you need to experience at some point.

Yeah I was nonplussed by the first part of the Archon Quest but Part 2 is a real high point for the game's writing.

Make sure to set aside a dedicated block of time for it though, it's kind of annoying if you have to leave in the middle of a quest.

Yeah, Im working on getting back to the story. At least Im caught up on the events. Still have fuck all for artifacts from the Dendro domain mostly, but might have some somewhat passable ones at least now. I swear HP and DEF main stats are significantly more common than anything else though

No kidding. Game is actively telling me no to warp out. Guess I'm stuck in Sumeru City.

You can warp out but it'll reset your quest progress to the start of the current quest if you're in the middle of one.

Finished the quest this evening, and I'm ready to kick some Akademiya ass.

Making my way through more of Sumerus story. Im enjoying this. Met some more new characters and the story is getting interesting where Im at now. God I want Dehya so bad. Shes just cool.

This is probably the most fascinating the story has been in this game not that Ive disliked any of it. Cyno, Candace & Nilou coming pretty soon now. Candace can seemingly shield literally anything as long as you hold her ability (until the duration runs out anyways)? Its at the expense of being able to attack, but damn thats some awesome defensive skill

Is this design confusing to anyone else? I cant tell if her hair is somewhat short or if it actually extends out really far because the outfit looks like hair on both sides too.

It seems different. I think people were comparing Candaces shield to a non-mobile Zhongli shield. Heres a demonstration somebody showed against an unreal amount of enemies/attacks. From the sound of it as long as you hold the skill down you block everything until you let go or the duration ends.

I guess thats a way of looking at it. Im excited for her since shell be another good support for Yoimiya too with her infusion stuff. Yoimiya been eating well these days. Shes probably the best single target DPS in the game.

subjectively, perhaps. I can run over stuff plenty quick with Hu Tao, but Yoimiya has the advantage of being ranged and auto targeting.

Shes also got some amazing support options outside of Vape that Im not entirely sure Hu Tao has. Its just so fun sending out Oz, popping Yelans burst and then using Yoimiyas skill normals on an enemy. They die so fast. Shes become my main killer of that annoying mechanical formation boss in Abyss whenever its in it.

Hu Tao doesn't work with overloaded -- no melee character does -- but I do run her with cryo sometimes. That's kind of beside the point, though, isn't it? A character working in multiple teams makes them flexible, not necessarily best.

Dammit. How did I forget there was maintenance today?

Uh oh had a Cyno appear around like 60 total summons since my last pity and of course Candace was immediate next single summon. Ive still got a lot of Fates, but hopefully this didnt ruin any of my plans lol

By that I mean I only like 20-25 Fates summoning today I think so not awful.

Standard banner I got my first ever Sacrificial Sword, a second C for Amber and a Skyward Atlas weapon. Maybe that will be good for a certain archon coming up. I might consider a few more pulls just because now Im 1 since pity and it wouldnt hurt to end up with more Kuki or Candace Cs.

Well uh Ive been lucky on this banner. So I got the Cyno and then 1 pull after Candace right? Well 1 pull after that was Tighnari.earliest Ive ever gotten another 5*. Plus side is my next one is a guarantee I guess and still got 300 Fates. I did a few more pulls and got 2 Kuki Cs (C3), C1 Candace and 2 Sayu (C6 now). I should probably just leave the banner alone before risking another 5* even though more Cs for Kuki and Candace would be great.

Tighnari can just use Slingshot, it's one of his best non-5* bows. I'm serious.

Interesting to know. This event has been a lot of fun and the best part is Noelle was finally included in something for real! So happy to see her considering it only took 2 years

Havent even gone through the desert yet or finished a lot of other Sumeru world quest stuff. Still having a bunch of fun, but Ive been slow due to too much other stuff I also want to play/do. Havent built any characters and the Dendro/EM artifact domain still giving me trash lol

Noelle was in the first batch of hangouts and hers was so much more popular than the others that they gave her a second before it became the "new 4-stars get hangouts as their content" zone.

I've fully explored the first desert area (as best as I can pre-questing) and moved on to the western section, which ultimately led to completing the archon quest. Haven't been to the southern part yet. Desert is so much easier to explore, but it's still quest-gated in the west.

Yeah, but this was her first real appearance in an actual event/part of the story that had real dialogue and her interacting with others. It was so great to see.

not arguing -- and I haven't done the event yet -- but that's where I draw any sense of attachment to her

Ive had Noelle in my main team since the beginning so Im pretty attached to her. Her design is amazing and I love her voice too. The fact she can do DPS, shield and heal is a nice bonus too even if Geo gets shafted hard on reactions.

Props. I haven't used Noelle since like AR20.

According to that anniversary web thingy Noelle was my most used character.

It said mine was Xingqiu, which feels wrong because I play Diona in virtually every team except that there was a period where I was speed-clearing one domain with taser, and that probably dominated what it was evaluating.
