Im a little concerned that the Pokmon Centers seemed to be little outdoor outpost type things, and the stadium was just a small stadium by itself. Are there no towns in this region?

Well honestly even when it is otherwise I always think of Pokemon as playing as that ten year old me the first time I picked up Pokemon Blue so really I don't care much about the avatar looks, but it is surprising.

At least it looks like you can customize them? The trainers running around the video looked a lot better than the base designs

Lechonk is adorable, Smolive looks like early non-Pokemon JRPG enemy, Pawmi is meh, the legendaries look a bit awkward but also decently cool, and the animation for Quaxley just cemented its place as my starter.

...unless its evos are horrendous, which is definitely not out of question!

Hows that gonna work out gym leader wise? Surely theyll still exist in some form, but theyd have to implement level scaling if you can do anything in any order

It'd be cool (and pretty straightforward to implement) if the gym leaders had different teams depending on how many badges you had

Reacting without reading a single thing anyone has said, went to the trailer.

It's stunning how ugly the in-game character designs/models for the humans are. I do actually like the direction they're heading towards, but where they actually landed for this entry is uncanny valley creepy. I see a light at the end of the tunnel their next time around though....hopefully. At least there will be less porn than usual.

Not feeling any of the new normal pokemon, but the legendaries are sick as fuck. Holy crap those are some rad mother fuckers.

Not really anything else to say though, everything else about the trailer looks painfully run of the mill, they didn't put anything actually in-game on screen here that made me even remotely interested.

If there's actual level scaling in these games, then I am much more interested. It would be nice to have an actual open world, hopefully a balanced one.

Probably getting Violet, if I grab one of these.

To be fair this was based on looking at the models in the trailer and not the promo art.

The models are ugly but those promo pieces will prove me wrong no doubt.

Well, it is the first Pikaclone to have a different English name (other than Emolga which was changed for sensitivity reasons), so there's a chance that it's the first Pikaclone to evolve.

Maybe there's just two Electric rodents and Pawmi is a Shinx/Yamper instead of a Pikaclone.

No, I think it's back to mostly Sword/Shield, just maybe with seamless battles. I feel like if it had Arceus mechanics, they would've shown them. They even went back to Pokemon not landing physical blows in battle.
