Well, Estab Life ended today (they mass dumped a lot of episodes at the beginning of the season), and I think it might have just been my favorite show in a season that also contains Kongming and Kaguya. At the very least, its next to Kongming. It's a shame the show never got any attention, maybe because it was CG animated. The perfect blend of comedy, fun, and feels. Would recommend.

I didn't. I had to keep my eyes covered for most of it, missing a bunch of important dialogue in the process. I'll have to go back and rewatch the episode when the dub gets that far to figure out everything I missed. This was the type of episode where, if it had happened back in like episode 3-4, I would have dropped the series then and there. But since it happened so close to the end, I just have to cover my eyes and try to tough it out.

Couldn't do it man. First episode was an atrocity.

I don't know why three episode rule wasn't in effect for you guys here.

Benisumomo and the snake twins had much stronger episodes than the first one, while Rindou adds way more to the main team dynamic than Asagao ever did.

Seriously, Asagao does bring the whole show down, but everything else has gotten better.

Also this is one show where you don't skip the ED, since it showcases a different team each week and the entire genre of the song even changes with it.

With Kunoichi, I tried the manga a while back and it was kinda boring/not what I was expecting, so I didn't really give the anime any consideration

Also watched the first 4 episodes of Yu-gi-oh Sevens. I assure you, my motive for watching is completely impure.

Just got back from the theater, and that movie was just as amazing as I had hoped. The big screen and surround sound really enhanced the movie so much, especially during *Revue Starlight movie spoilers* the Mahiru/Hikari chase scene. The surround sound causing Mahiru's voice to echo from multiple different directions at once made the scene so much creepier.

Also, Sentai's official subtitles somehow made the Maya/Claudine revue even more gay than it was with the fansubs. Of all the pairings in the main cast, those two were the only pairing where I left the movie thinking yep, they definitely fucked later that night.

It was only in theaters for a very limited run (only yesterday and today, and only in select theaters) so there's a chance that you may not have even had a theater showing it nearby. My brother and I had to drive 45 minutes to the only theater in our area that was showing it.

Maybe Sentai will announce additional dates if it did well in this limited run?

New Kongming episode was suspenseful af and I'm all for it

At least the cameo with Cure Black and Cure White was better than Tropical Rouge giving Heartcatch about three minutes with no interaction in a filler episode.

Hugtto was the 15th anniversary series, and it's still to this day the only Precure series with canon in-show appearances of Cures from previous series. Seeing Black/White show up sent the fanbase into an absolute frenzy because it was so unprecedented.

I still can't get over how the two most consistently fun and hype anime I'm watching this season are a golf anime and a card game anime. I've gushed enough about Birdie Wing, but god damn, Build Divide has been insanely good. It was already great in the latter part of its first season back in the Fall, but this second season has been on a whole other level.
