Look up Will Smith's training for Ali. If he was actually offended enough to take a swing at someone, he would have done some pretty serious damage. But he didn't, because the Oscars are this desperate for attention.

Oh, yuck. I didn't like FatWS, but this wasn't something I would have done to it. The stark brutality of some of the scenes was kind of the only unique thing about it.

So I really dug it!

That was a trip alright, yeah I dug it for sure. had a lot more laughs than I was expecting, albeit moreso out of circumstance rather than joke kind of laughs, although still some of that too lol the double whammy on Avatar

Commercials sure did get a whole lot of footage out of this first ep which is kinda exciting for what to expect. I think the way Steven quickly cuts between a buncha different scenes due to swapping personalities really enables a lot of different material for ads to take from for a single ep.

As far as the cuts in conscienceless go it's entertaining, like it's noticeable that there's a lot of what's going we don't see and I kinda wonder how that'll be handled because I am interested in what happened but at the same time I can't really imagine getting flashbacks for the other perspectives and I guess we don't really need it for these occurrences. Of course this was the first episode that's really focused on Steven

Speaking of, that's another thing that really feels different about this show is how much it's carried by Oscar Isaac's lone performance which I'm loving, this coming from someone that only knows him for Star Wars where I hated Poe, but yeah very different then all the MCU Duos we got last year.

Khonshu moving awkwardly down the hallways was legitimately scary as shit.

Finished Moon Knight.

Episode felt like the slowest start so far, for an MCU show. Not that it was bad because I actually enjoyed the setup and character. I'm excited to see where it goes.

I gotta disagree, so far I think all MCU shows have been pretty slow on their first episodes and this one really had me everywhere soon as Steven's consciousness starts cutting out, plus Arthur and his cult had a pretty fast introduction for his power and how far spread his followers are

Wandavision first 2 eps were still really playing up the television parody side more than the rest of the season, with just the odd bits of random intrigue
Captain Falcon... I kinda remember enjoying but I don't really remember much more than the intro flying mission, should probably rewatch
Loki took a while to really get going and then what it hit hard with was more of an emotional moment interviewed Mobius. I definitely remember being rather underwhelmed outside of that
What If is the worst episode of all MCU TV
Hawkeye had a slow start that kinda ended on excitement from the auction... but then I think ep2 which it came with slowed it down again
