Should have sold $33 puts imo. If it goes down it'll be by a lot and you're going to get assigned and if it goes up you're not going to get assigned so may as well collect higher premium

I would be worried but Calls also have that high of premium

when both calls and outs are expensive I like selling puts. When just puts are expensive I get a little uneasy

Citron apparently released a $50 pt for BBBY

Which to me is actually completely reasonable with the Kroger deal, announced buybacks, and current short interest that will inevitably need to be covered.

Moonroof you want an easy winner buy shares of this one and hold through 2023. Should be an easy doubling+ with shares. Calls are riskier because you have to nail down the timing but this stock has nowhere to go but up mid term.

I am saying I don't really think it's a meme stock anymore. It'll get that crew but it isn't really needed. Kroger partnership and buybacks with shorting is all you really need

The comparison for a 2023 hold isn't GME it's Dillards who did the same thing (chain store that was making profits did aggressive share buybacks when they were shorted to send the price flying)

This seems smart if you're worried. Earnings run-up seems very likely. Buy them back just before that point and you should make some money.

Will purchase more week of earnings if it hasn't dipped much by then. With almost 90 p/e ratio a retrace to $160-$170 range off an underwhelming ER seems plausible.

You guys probably dont remember but about a year ago I mentioned that I met some old man at a bar who gave me tons of stocks to get into. I forget all of them but they included PLUG, SDC, and some others. They all went up.

Well I just ran into him again and he recommended ME. Thats the 23 And Me DNA company. Apparently theyre working to partner with pharmaceutical companies for medical stuff and are expected to grow a lot. Ill probably throw some money into it and try holding.

Another one was AFRM which has been going up nonstop.

Also congratulations to anyone with money in the market. The $1 trillion infrastructure package that passed will lead to gains on Monday, I reckon.

I wish I threw more in. I still have more money in cash than in stock.

I've been in ME for a few months. Finally got into the green recently. Took some profits recently but still have most of my positions.

Also, the market's reaction infrastructure passing and BBB (with its tax increases) probably not happening feels pretty muted.

Cost to borrow shares hovering around 90% minimum now though. This will be violent when it pops. I think only the actual dividend bring issued may shake them at this point though. Part of me suspects that the shorting algorithm certain funds may use is being screwed up by last quarter's EPS being reported as -5 too (due to acquisitions) and that the earnings call not having anywhere near that will cause them to cover.

But yeah actual news movement seems to be snuffed out and hidden under more short interest utilization and borrowed fees.

At least I stopped with the weeklies ha ha
