You should get Wedge's Hero Ability, it does 6 hits magic or physical depending on his stats. If you keep doing labyrinths you can get Anima Lens + from a mission if you get enough points, you can also find anima lens + in chests or in hallways if you're lucky enough.

Also, can someone give me the cole's notes of Labyrinth? I want to try that soon.

Think kinda like Crytsal Tower and labyrinth from Dissidia PSP games but more tedious, but the rewards are really valuable.

Wow I just keep getting Terra stuff!

Terra fire infusion LM (plus Dorgan earth infusion LM) from the daily draw. I assume those are generally preferable to the minor elemental boost LMs?

I got my first useful item from the 10x daily, Sarah's good USB. Also I learned you still get labyrinth points when you use a marker to skip the dungeon, and you can even complete missions like "get 50000 points in a single run" that way. That'll definitely make it easier to complete the mission to get 4m points.

Uggggh I hate Labyrinth now. I've done like 15 manual runs of the hardest Emperor/Guy/Rinoa one trying to get a 5% elemental damage weapon and armor for Emperor, but I still never got one! I still haven't gotten even a 4% one for him! It's so fucking disheartening sitting through all those boring auto battles and loading times for hours and still not getting what you want, just a bunch of Guy and Rinoa crap and even when I do get a Demon Rod or Imperial shell it has a shitty passive! That really stings too because you get optimal Rinoa stuff from Kalavinka Striker and who the fuck even uses Guy anymore?! (if ever!)

Making Hero Artifacts passives RNG was a real dick move by Dena!

It's annoying move, but... it doesn't really matter. The difference between the 3% passive and 5% passive is basically nothing.

I know it's minor, but I do want to get the best armor for characters like Emperor and Edge at least since they cover three elements.

It sucks that you have to dig through soooooo much crap unless you get super lucky. I got 5% damage armor for Rude and Guy pretty early but I'm almost never gonna use those guys which is salt on the wounds.

Yeah, they should just give you the best one for everyone if you beat the boss. There are so many different grades they could just make them rewards for 60/70/80/90% completions.

They also shouldn't have even bothered with small temporary buff/DRB passives, nobody is gonna use those over the damage boosts. At least getting max accessories isn't too bad because they only have reduce delay but armor/weapons have some many worthless passives like a Warriors game.

Or maybe they should let you trade more maps for a +5% damage boost artifact, something other than RNG on this stuff!

You get a lot less rewards if you use the skip and only 1 hero artifact. So it depends how much you want the best passives for non-superboss hero artifacts.

It's still better than daily dungeons though.

Bah two more manual runs no 5% armor, for some reason I barely get any Emperor stuff but I get overloaded with Guy trash, is there some kind of chance % of getting a certain character's relics or is it just bad luck on my part?

I got Laswell's AOSB from a magicite ticket on wind, I... didn't expect that, but more beyond stuff is nice I suppose. At least I got something new from them

If it's any consolation, I also get overloaded with Guy crap. At least I have 4% element Demon Rod for Emperor, so that's better than Kite stuff. I haven't seen anything better than Kite's 3% on his Emperor's armor yet. I keep getting that garbage Res-buff or damage-reduction.

Accessories are generally ok (48%, 47%, 14%), but weapons and armor are a pain to farm.

I try not to overdo it; 1 manual run per day is enough for my sanity, the rest is bookmarks.

After you fully cap break something, is there any way to inherit a new passive? I assume there must be, but those hero artifacts don't show up on the cap break screen anymore...

"Upgrade Hero Artifacts" -> "Hero Artifacts" -> pick equipment with the new passive and choose the one you want to keep.

I assume this still works, even after it gets to lvl 99, but I have no lvl 99 gear to check yet.

I don't think you're missing much. You might not get the optimal drops but the autoclear thing does seem pretty generous. As long as you run all the stages once and you're not in a hurry to get all the gear you can just use autoclear.

Well I do want Emperor and Tellah stuff but I figure I can autofarm these until I get a ton of keys and can triple key (as needed, obviously wouldn't want to triple key every time but don't really want to put a drop tracker on my game) every treasure room I come across before doing any more manual runs.

Also is there any reason to not do the last dungeon aside from quest completions?

Am I looking for 5% Element Boost on Weapon and Armor and 8% Delay Reduction on accessory generally?

It's better to do manual runs if you're trying to stock up on hero artifacts, and if you're looking for the optimal +5% damage it's very low odds of getting one from a skip. Apparently the highest chance of getting a 5% artifact is from red battles and treasure vaults past floor 10 or getting really lucky and finding a magic pot.

I got Lenna Awakening 2 on the daily today! Very nice!

Alexander sucks but he can still be beaten with a white mage team since he doesn't resist holy. Make sure to bring dispel to deal with him.

Getting Mog's awakening 2 is a blessing and a curse, I could hone it max right now but with the grab bag tickets coming from fest soon I'm worried about duping it and wasting hone scrolls and anima lens. FF6 doesn't have any astra or party wide ensuna so Bahamut's cursed eyes silence is really fucking me over. I could use Awakening 2 at the start and time Mog's dance chase ensuna to get rid of it but then I won't have it to overwrite the phase 3 full break.

Man that fucking 6 million HP, I wish I could DPS past the cursed eyes but that would mean using Kefka's awakening phase 1 which I want to save for phase 2/3.

Also don't forget to change your roaming warriors to earth chains!

For B1 I already valued Quina's sync very highly and liked some of the other stuff, but I think I was mostly put off by Celes going Holy when I have way too many good holy characters already. But I can still use her for VI dreambreaker and Bahamut. And these are all characters I already have stuff for so picking up any of these items would let them immediately help with endgame content.

Meanwhile for B2 I already have Lilisette's awakening, and I have Cait Sith's awakening honed which makes his sync mostly redundant. Ultimecia's dark stuff would be nice but not really a major need (I'd rather have her wind sync). This banner is kind of Mog 2 or bust, and I feel like I can get by with the other supports I have (Cait and Orran especially).

17/18 Dreambreakers done, 11 of them sub-30; only Shadowsmith left.

That defense buff is super annoying, and he has to follow it with an AOE 9999 attack, so it was pretty tough to get the timing right to allow Elarra to counter the buff, but still keep the party alive through the massive damage.

I initially tried to use Lili's entrusts on Lion, so she could get her Sync and AASB running faster, but the entrusts needed to go to Elarra so she could keep everyone alive in phase 1, but still have 500 SB points left to counter the phase 2 Slowga with her AASB.

Gilgamesh is good, he's just really slow and physical fire has a lot of competition, especially with speedier characters like Edge and Noctis. And he's overshadowed by Vincent and Balthier as chain holders because he can't imperil. But he does have a +500 meter glint+ going for him at least.

I got two discos on today's daily but they were both dupe USBs, phooey!

Welp, I gambled 5 mythril on being able to beat Titan with overdrive before the refund mission expires... with overdrive I was able to do about 48% of his HP before dying.

Issues:

1. I only have two contributing dps (Wedge and Alphinaud)
2. I have no chain besides the RW one
3. For dealing with his wall I can use Alphinaud's dyad trigger and Wedge's LBO, but I guess he puts it up three times? Alphinaud's awakening followup that happens every third turn can do it too I guess? Seems annoying to time though.

Also a buff question: am I correct in thinking that all of the following stack?

1. Overdrive attack/magic/mind buff
2. Deuce's Concerto (+attack/magic)
3. Papalymo Leylines (+magic/haste) [this is the main reason I brought him even though he's otherwise useless]

Oh I also don't know if I have enough en-wind... chain can give it twice, but after that...

You should lens a better magic buff than Papalymo (Onion Knight's magic buff USB for example or Edward's USB) They can be entrustbots.

Also Ultimecia's brave USB is great for this fight, her brave command can destroy the walls.
