Decided to start going for some of the achievements today, and apparently Paladin is going to be the class that gets the annoying achievement each time around. Oh My Yogg drove me crazy last expansion, this time it's going to be one that requires you to use the Party Up spell that summons five 2/2 guys, and you need to summon four copies of the same one. My ranking in wild is going to go into the negative stars.



Or you could be like my opponent here and get it randomly off of a Deck of Lunacy outcome. I'd honestly be willing to bet that was the first time my opponent had ever played the card and they hit the achievement from it.

Had maybe my best BG run ever last night, 2 separate occasions I went triple into triple off the reward, one of which was gold garr into gold lil rag lol, and just overall had a super beastly elemental build with ragnaros. I'm at 5k rating!

The Mage quest line looks like an otk just waiting to happen and I hate it. I think the Warlock one might require just a little too much self flagellation to work most of the time, but forcing your opponent to take your fatigue damage is a fun way to win.

I hope there's more shadow support for Priest because I'd love to use the new Shadowform start of game card but with what we have now I think it's too weak to justify the restriction.

The mounts look strong, but I think Peasant is the strongest revealed card so far.

The new mage questline seems interesting but apparently you need to play 3 of each to fully complete the quest. So that's 9 cards AND they have to be in order so if you play 2 fire spells the 2nd one isn't going to count toward the 2nd quest.

Maybe we'll see some support for this triple spell type mage but right now it seems pretty bad.

Well arcane is always good no matter what. Runed Orb, Missiles, AI, probably a few others

frost is brain freeze but now you can use cone of cold/barrier. Fire is like, Combustion and Fireball and that new 4 mana tradeable thing.

Theres some construction but it might be too slow except in like, Spell Mage (and even then the quest is probably not better than flow)

Warlock could be interesting against control if it also means your opponent takes your fatigue damage. Could give self Mill lock another win condition (and one you wont burn).

Just wonder if they are gonna nerf Illucia before the patch.

Shaman got a Ragnaros alternate hero so it kinda makes sense. Paladin, Hunter, and Druid got new skins (no voicelines or unique animations) which is why they're the other featured classes.

Apparently everyone else at Silver 10 in wild is doing the same thing as me, as I've played four total games so far as Reno Shaman and three of my opponents have also been Reno Shaman. And one Rez Priest that got absolutely demolished by Devolve / Devolving Missiles / Hex / Killing My Own Sylvanas / A Few Others Generated By Hagatha. Not sure I've ever played a game before that went to fatigue where my opponent was so thoroughly dominated all game long.

Probably more likely to be Palm Reading than Renew. Renew is unplayable at 2 unless they do something like doubling the healing at the same time, and since it's mainly played for the discover the increase in healing isn't likely to do much other than slightly take the sting out of the nerf.

I think Apothesis gets a -1 across the board. Goes to +1/+2 for 2 mana.

If they're trying to target "non-games" with Gibberling then nerfing it to 2 mana doesn't fix that issue I think. I would not be surprised if they completely butcher that card somehow like "3 mana, spellburst: summon 2 gibberlings".

Like I think I was only start of Platinum on Classic and got a 9x for that mode (havent tried it this month though)

This weeks brawl is busted so early. My very first game was against Big Friends + Beasts And Buffs 440, which I promptly lost because it has a hero power that deals 3 damage to anything, costs 0 and can be used twice a turn. It can also heal for 3 but that's never happening.

So I inherit that deck, and queue into a mirror. That's dumb, I'll just concede. Mirror. Concede. Mirror. Concede. I'm telling you, I had 17 straight matches of Big Friends + Beasts And Buffs 440 vs. Big Friends + Beasts And Buffs 440 before I finally matched up against something else... which was Big Friends + Beasts And Buffs but 7XX instead of 440.

The brawl just started today and it seems like literally everything else has already been eliminated. Incredible.

Lose games all day no matter what deck I'm playing.

Switch to Battlegrounds and get a ridiculous triple Brann comp. Lose a 30% and then die with 6% lethal.

Looks like it's daily quest mode until the new expansion because this sucks right now.

I had an uninstall moment yesterday, too. It was only one game, but I had a decent build going, was in second place on turn 9 with 26 health, with a board that was showing a lot of promise, and then ran into some dude who basically just had one huge taunt and a bunch of fresh 5-stars that took bad trades. Received exact lethal on a 0.6%. Sad part is I clearly had the better build, even if for one turn this guy was slightly favored.

Ehhh you can't reliably use it to clear something because of the RNG so I think it's worse than if it just had rush. And let's be real it's never surviving to trigger a 2nd time if you have to play this on turn 7. Maybe Warrior will have a way to cheat him out earlier?
