I was confident in the Seahawks but picked the Cardinals to try to make up some ground, which once again didn't work out.

Saints starting Taysom over Jameis

This seems totally legit and not at all like coach speak that'll be backed by Taysom playing the first drive before Jameis comes in for the rest.

I mean he said he'd start he didn't say he'd finish

well Hill took all the starter reps at practice, so that would be a large amount of investment to only have him in for a drive

of course if he really flounders im sure jameis will come in. either way will definitely be a game to watch

I joke about Jameis being an amazing QB, but this just doesn't really make sense. He's pretty solid and won't be needing to make crazy downfield throws in this offense, which is often what gets him into trouble. Why bring the guy in if you're not willing to make him the definitive #2?

Hill isn't the greatest passer out there, and he hasn't had to be, but when you play all the snaps you're going to have to make throws, and teams are actually going to be expecting the throws this time.

Hill also plays balls to the wall and will get leveled on a four yard run, he can't do that 20+ times a game. I don't see it working out well but I'll definitely be watching now.

Alright I'm here to vent about this fantasy situation that nobody cares about.

My opponent forgot to start his D for some reason, like somehow left it empty. He messaged the commish and said he was busy or whatever, commish agreed to edit them in as long as I agreed. It was the Browns D who are having a game and will likely be the difference. I said I don't think he should do it based on the principle that fantasy is literally about starting your players and if you take that away then what's the point. He said okay and that's that, but now I feel bad despite 100% of people telling me I shouldn't and that it's the other guy's fault clearly.

Obviously he meant to start the D, but he had all week to do it so forgetting today is kinda nonsense, right? He only picked them up this morning but they were available all week and he had hours since he picked them up to slot them in.

first, I don't think they will miss

but even if they do I think harbaugh is still highly respected and more of the blame will be placed on lamar for regressing. if you fire harbaugh he immediately gets a job somewhere else. he's a better head coach then anyone not named mike tomlin or bellichick

They're going to lose again on Thursday, and then again in Cleveland. That's 10-6 assuming they don't lay an egg against the Jags like they tend to do, and 10-6 might not be good enough to make the playoffs this year, even with the extra wild card.

edit: unless you're mike mccarthy, but that was after years of playoff mediocrity
