WWE issued a response to the Saudi allegation.

These false allegations were originally made in two suits filed by two different law firms.
After the Court appointed a third firm to be lead counsel, WWE provided all three law firms with specific detailed facts from the persons with actual knowledge of the situation, including the phony allegation about the plane. The first two law firms then dropped their lawsuits to avoid sanction motions, but the third firm chose to ignore the specific facts they had been provided, and instead cited an unnamed disgruntled former wrestler with no knowledge of the facts. WWE is preparing its response to the lawsuit and will be moving to have it dismissed.

Sounds like they intend to fight it.

Worth noting is that this was an amended complaint, which was amended to add Scott Dawson's information (who they are crying about), but it also added the other witness who provided all of the details of WWE's contract negotiations, and that's why the case is so much stronger now. Chances are they went through the extra legwork that the other two firms didn't to get a witness to discuss the details of the negotiations and how they were never, ever, not even close to a deal because WWE is fucking absurd and kept trying to carny them into a deal that was outrageous.

I'm not sure what other information was added, but this strengthens the case a lot more and it's so succinct I can't imagine it will be dismissed. If I had to guess, the other two firms didn't also provide a 140 page document detailing this. Really looking forward to WWE's Motion to Dismiss here.

Was watching Smackdown from last week for the amazing Bryan/Styles match and noticed that they cut out a huge chunk of the show on Hulu. It goes from Jeff in the ring after he peed in the cup to Sheamus backstage frantically washing his mouth out.

Like I get censoring a man throwing urine in another man's face but it wasnt even a good edit, the screen just goes dark for a second. I thought my feed skipped and I had to rewind just to be sure.

A lot of the cases are with 16-18 year old girls and 30+ year old men with a power imbalance i.e. trainer or booker. Where it may not be strictly illegal but is clearly gross
