| PrivateBiscuit1 06/16/20 5:45:19 PM #105: | Worth noting is that this was an amended complaint, which was amended to add Scott Dawson's information (who they are crying about), but it also added the other witness who provided all of the details of WWE's contract negotiations, and that's why the case is so much stronger now. Chances are they went through the extra legwork that the other two firms didn't to get a witness to discuss the details of the negotiations and how they were never, ever, not even close to a deal because WWE is fucking absurd and kept trying to carny them into a deal that was outrageous. I'm not sure what other information was added, but this strengthens the case a lot more and it's so succinct I can't imagine it will be dismissed. If I had to guess, the other two firms didn't also provide a 140 page document detailing this.
