Yes, several times, though I don't know the actual count. Probably 4 or 5? Definitely this year with Second Chance, Years, and Rivalry Rumble regular bracket (winning prizes from the latter two).

Apparently also CBIX Expert Challenge. Looks like the leaderboards earlier than that are now broken links though, so I can't check any earlier.

Oh thanks! I couldnt find that page so I was using the links on creativenames site; I guess the earlier URLs must have changed at some point.

Checking through the other leaderboards it looks like I remembered all four of my appearances. Another thing that struck me as I was glancing through: Yo has made the top 10 an absurd number of times!

They sent me a PM and it came from *GameFAQs* (with the asterixes) rather than Allen. Then I got an email with the prize itself.

I am going fucking crazy trying to find the second contest I was on the leaderboard for, I specifically remember last year screenshotting it and posting it somewhere because I was right below Leon and I tagged him in the post and called us leaderboard buddies

The only other contest I finished on the leaderboard for other than this and the 10th anniversary contest was 2007. It's possible we were leaderboard buddies at one point but we didn't finish there.

Just once, this time. Counting being both on the regular and Second Chance leaderboards as one time. As lightning_guy because I dum, I am #20 on the regular leaderboard and #35 on the Second Chance leaderboard. I got very close in 2008 and I think 2009 and Years to a lesser extent.

This is good because CBX was my worst bracket since 2007...

I'm also not eligible for prizes. It is still nice being on the leaderboard and competing for fun. However, I do hope that it will at least open up to a couple of other countries, I understand the challenges of different countries having different laws on stuff like this, but at least the UK and Ireland would be great!

I got two different brackets on the final leaderboard for CB10, one being in the top 10 (sadly that was my "fun" entry and my official got like 30th).

I know I finished high up once before, though it was ages ago. So this is my second time, maybe third if I squeezed in the top 50 at some point but forgot. But let's say twice

Series contest 2009 (29th as ToadYoshi, my account back then)

Some other time as 48th (I forget which one; I think Characters 2010?)

Characters 2018 second chance as 16th place

And then this year 22nd in first chance and 8th in second chance.

Also, I barely pay attention to advanced stats at all and I don't even know that much about games; I take the wisdom of the crowd into account and then make my own tweaks based on how I think the wisdom is wrong. But anyone else can be doing that too, so my big message is that if you've never been on the leaderboard you still totally have a shot next time, you just gotta get pretty lucky.

This is cool, I thought that the pre-modern contest pages were discontinued or something. Didn't realize that they were still archived intact.

I've reached the leaderboard with my main account 1 time, which was in CB9's Expert Challenge (where I ended with exactly 1337 points). I also had one alt account finish on that same board. In GotD2 I managed 2 alts on the main bracket leaderboard, though not my official entry.

Never finished on the leaderboard. In fact, it took me until Rivals before I ever made it on one ever. But since then, I have at least appeared in every single contest.
