Please explain how this video editing caused a police officer to remove two babies of powder from his pocket, place it on the ground, and pick it up again as if he had just found it. I'm dying to know how that magic happens. "Duuuur, well they KNEW he was guilty, so his not having anything on him was merely a clever ruse!"

Why did the cop panic and give chase? The person he was chasing was not breaking any laws and was well within their rights. Why did he panic?

And texts? You mean the texts that were obtained illegally via false arrest by planting evidence? So something they should never have had had they followed the law? Citizens are allowed to film police as long as doing so does not interfere with police duties. Many officers have taken that to mean there is a required "clear zone" outside of which the filming must take place. If she had approached for a closer look, the officer could have claimed she was interfering with police duty and had her arrested.

So you already ignored the cop's blatant violation of the law (best part is no drugs were found in those baggies, so even if we're to believe your nonsense no drugs were involved in the end, since if it tested positive the cop would be facing charges). Now you've moved on to attacking and smearing a private citizen for complying with the law regarding filming police. Literally asking why she didn't break the law and move closer . . . And why? Theres almost 700,000 cops in the United States. It would be more surprising to me if none of them were dirty. That being said, these guys are in dereliction of duty, dont deserve to be cops, and should be weeded out and punished.

His bodycam footage showed him planting drugs. The only reason it wasnt a problem was no one was aware of the footage until the cop got caught doing it by someone else.

But hey, it may be entirely in bad faith, but let's address that too. Ever wonder why filming was happening in the first place? Could it be that the cops announced that they "found" drugs on him? That camera wasnt pointing at some random place either, it was on the suspect's car, where you would look if someone announced drugs were found on the scene.

Now that I've answered your objections, how about answering these questions?

- someone said the cop's own body cam caught him planting drugs. Were all the cameras in on it?
-why would you attempt to chase down a citizen not suspected of a crime who isnt interfering with police? Why the look of panic when he finds out he's being recorded?
-why was the baggy (ok, baggies) taken out of a pocket and placed by hand without gloves? That would 100% contaminate the hell out of it and any fingerprints on it may be lost. Why isn't it in another baggy to preserve its integrity as evidence?
-What is the "reasonable explanation" for all this highly incriminating activity? Is your entire argument seriously going to hinge on the two seconds it wasn't facing them? I have noticed that all the people who claim unjust laws never specify what laws are unjust or how they determine what an unjust law is. I do understand that determining what is just is a complicated issue that has been pondered by philosophers for centuries, so take your time.

It's a ridiculous position. The only reason it's used is they need some justification to apply their dislike of cops to all cops, so there you go. The people who do it are highly critical of generalizing, as well, but only with their pet groups. They'll say being a cop is a choice, so it's fine, but they won't apply that same logic to Muslims.
