That was the point you were making? It was lost amidst the word salad you served up. But this is easily addressed.

Citizens are allowed to film police as long as doing so does not interfere with police duties. Many officers have taken that to mean there is a required "clear zone" outside of which the filming must take place. If she had approached for a closer look, the officer could have claimed she was interfering with police duty and had her arrested.

So you already ignored the cop's blatant violation of the law (best part is no drugs were found in those baggies, so even if we're to believe your nonsense no drugs were involved in the end, since if it tested positive the cop would be facing charges). Now you've moved on to attacking and smearing a private citizen for complying with the law regarding filming police. Literally asking why she didn't break the law and move closer . . . And why? So a piece of human garbage who secures wrongful convictions through fraud doesnt have to have mean things said about them on the Internet?
