The person he was chasing was not breaking any laws and was well within their rights. Why did he panic? And texts? You mean the texts that were obtained illegally via false arrest by planting evidence? So something they should never have had had they followed the law? Weird how you're so obsessed with this suspect maybe potentially violating the law that you ignore the cops doing so on camera. Laws for us, none for them! So, since you clearly know what transpired here, perhaps you can pony up that "reasonable explanation" for why he planted drugs and chased after a witness. Care to explain? Because they didnt.
