Well E7 is a pretty good game to play on long term, which is probably why people aren't feeling loss when they spend money on it. Honestly, I'm pretty convinced all of the top 1000 players atm are whales. I'm in the top 1000 as a dolphin of sorts, spent like 5 bucks on the monthly pack during Dizzy banner but... all these players have multitudes of 5* ML units, which are like .25% units on a gacha you can only really roll once per 2 weeks on average so...

I have one, and I don't even use him cuz I don't have the units to support him lmao. All these people are fucking whales and nothing they can say will convince me otherwise

Just being in this top 30 at all means the game made at least 200 grand for the month, which would average out to over 2 million for the whole year. That's pretty darn good. Dragalia made over a million and a half last month alone, so it's definitely in the upper tier in terms of mobile game revenue.

I was literally setting alarms for every 3 and 1/2 hours (to account for the time it takes to actually watch the ads and do the gacha, plus use up the extra stamina it gives me) to get as many pulls as I possibly could. My very last pull before it ends is about an hour and 10 minutes away.

Last pulls of the ad gacha, and I kid you not, I pulled that Fire Goddess Mei Fan that Spidey and I were talking about earlier. Didn't get Sun General Maya like I hoped, but I still got a pretty hefty haul from this. Hopefully they do another one soon, but with a different selection of 4-star stage girls.

I hope you have better luck with 4-star stage girls this time, even if they're just dupes that turn into useful creation jewels. They replaced the best 4-star from the previous ad gacha (Sun General Maya) with Celestial Goddess Akira, who's still fairly useful, but not as good as Maya. Because I have Akira already, and the other 4-stars in the ad gacha are the same as before, I'm definitely not going to go as hard with it as I did the first one. I'll still use it as a source of creation jewels and extra stamina, but I'm not going out of my way and setting alarms every 3 and 1/2 hours to maximize my gains.

On a side note, this just came out on the JP server, and first impressions say that her skills are busted as fuck.



Now I know what to save for after Saber Karen in terms of the EN server's future.

Honestly I dont think I'm gonna have trouble clearing the point ladder. The red boss can be beat in like 30 seconds on auto on the third difficulty and I need red hats for the angel pieces. And that's after neglecting the event a lot.

Yeah, the new points system is so much better than the old lottery system. This event, I was able to auto-battle the fourth red boss and the third blue boss (with separate teams geared for physical and special combat) and I was flying through the rewards. But remember that the extra stamina from the ad gacha helped us get more keys, and we don't know how long that will stick around. Keep that in mind.

Yes, that Brilliance Fest (so that's what they're calling it in English, huh) banner is the banner you should be pulling from if you want Amaterasu Hikari. Despite the picture also featuring Karen, Amaterasu Hikari is the only stage girl with an individual rate-up beyond the fact that the general 4-star chances are doubled. But there's one more thing I want you (and anyone who plans on puling during this Brilliance Fest banner) to keep in mind:

The stage girls that are exclusive to Brilliance Fest banners, such as Amaterasu Hkari, will return later. They don't get added to the normal gacha pool, but each future Brilliance Fest banner includes the previous Brilliance Fest girls in the pool. So while this is your best chance to get her due to the individual rate-up, it is not the only chance to get her, so don't give up hope or do anything rash/stupid.

There's also a new event going on that is surprisingly not the New Years event that I expected to come alongside Amaterasu Hikari. Once I dive into it and get more info, I'll write up a quick little guide to help you guys out.

As for the new Colorful Treasure Hunters event... it's similar to the previous Lottery-style events (get keys, defeat boss, get lottery currency, play lottery, get rewards) but instead of having its own dedicated story, you simply play/auto the normal story missions. So you can earn the keys while farming materials to rank up your stage girls OR auto the highest level of the story that you've completed for maximum key yield.

Unlike past events, there is no "bonus" stage girl that grants extra damage against the boss. The boss is Space attribute, so it's weak against attacks from Moon attribute stage girls, most notably the ultimate boss killer, Phantom Nana. Also unlike past events, there is no stage girl in the event lottery as a reward. The event isn't worthless though: the possible rewards include star gems, star gacha tickets, gold, and the attribute orb pieces that cannot be farmed anywhere else. Granted, they can also be bought with creation jewels, which most will have a lot of due to all of the duplicates from the "watch ads for free pulls" gacha, so the worth of these attribute orb rewards may vary. Still, the rewards from this event are overall quite generous and useful, and if you're going to be using your stamina to farm rank-up materials anyways, you may as well use the keys you get.

One thing to consider before you give up on the game for good: since the game has only been out for about a month and a half, it's still early enough in the game's life that it might be worth starting a new account and re-rolling for her if you really want her.

It looks like Revue Starlight ReLIVE is seriously just going to keep repeating the "watch ads for free pulls" gacha with one of the 4-stars swapped out every week. Whatever, it's free stamina and free farming for memoirs and creation jewels, so I'm not complaining.

I do but I have yet to actually go hard at the game since it's launch. I passively participate in the events and mostly just login for the dailies. I saved up since launch for Hikari, ended up getting her, but still don't have a huge desire to play much.

I don't post but I'm still playing. The accessibility of playing super casually and still be able to max your unit is keeping me in.

Currently struggling against top 300+ PvP since everyone seemingly has their speed/agi bond maxed out while I don't. It's possible to climb without Amaterasu but you need to spam AoE even more in the current season.

King Crimson has erased the time where the ReLIVE EN server had an out-of-season New Years event and no one pulled anything good. Instead, we're moving into the non-seasonal Cinderella event starring Lalafin and Aruru. I don't know why this would suddenly happen after the Halloween and Christmas events were already done out-of-season, and it sucks for people who wanted the New Years Tsukasa, Tamao, and Michiru, but still...

It just works.

I'm pretty sure out-of-season seasonals like this and the Valentines Day event are the only ones at risk of being pushed back to be more in-season. I know you mentioned wanting that Valentines Hikari, and I'd be sad for you if that one got pushed back. Others might come slightly out of order (like when Heracles Michiru hit EN a bit sooner than she did in JP) but I'm sure we'll get them all eventually. When the actual New Year comes and JP gets a second batch of New Years' girls, EN might just get both this batch and the new batch at the same time.

After the New Years event was King Crimson'd away as I mentioned before, the Cinderella event is officially underway in Revue Starlight ReLIVE, this one focusing on the stage girls of Frontier School of Arts. The prize for grinding the event is the Fairy Godmother of our story, Aruru, while the 4-star gacha pull for the event is Cinderella herself, Lalafin. Aruru and her potential bloom crystals can only be obtained in this event, while Lalafin is not a limited unit and will be in the permanent gacha pool going forward.




Anyways, as for the event itself... we're back to the Lottery-style system for this one. Get keys, defeat boss, get lottery currency, play lottery, get rewards, we've done this before. The once-a-day "2x drops" button that wasn't available in earlier lottery events is there now to make it easier. The boss is Snow attribute, so that means Wind attribute attackers like Musketeer Junna will do a lot of damage to it, and Pirate Lalafin will be the best tank to use. Phantom Nana and Musketeer Hikari are always useful as boss killers even without a type advantage due to their powerful single-target climax arts. Finally, the event stage girls themselves have inherent damage boosts as usual, and don't forget to give the event memoirs to your best attackers!

This event in ReLIVE is going well so far, and Girls' Frontline also has an extra thing going on too (all three types of combat simulations are open every day for the next week, instead of their normal alternating schedule), so both games have been treating me well.
