Welp, back to getting nonstop Mei Fans. The 4 stars dont matter. I didnt get a single 4 star that wasnt a memoir. I hope you have better luck with 4-star stage girls this time, even if they're just dupes that turn into useful creation jewels. They replaced the best 4-star from the previous ad gacha (Sun General Maya) with Celestial Goddess Akira, who's still fairly useful, but not as good as Maya. Because I have Akira already, and the other 4-stars in the ad gacha are the same as before, I'm definitely not going to go as hard with it as I did the first one. I'll still use it as a source of creation jewels and extra stamina, but I'm not going out of my way and setting alarms every 3 and 1/2 hours to maximize my gains. On a side note, this just came out on the JP server, and first impressions say that her skills are busted as fuck.
