I try to schedule recalls with oil changes. I had three of them in my last Honda lease.

Well at least you're rid of the POS. hope your next car is a better POS.

How does this happen? I know newer cars are going capless.

Had a chip on my windshield fixed. I know I say it a lot, but CT has one of the highest gas taxes in the country while also having among the worst roads.

Also had a windshield wiper replaced at the same time because one was kinda damaged.

It's literally a couple bolts holding a little plate over the ends of the bar. Take off the plates, slide off the bushings, slide on new bushings, bolt it back on.

Yeah, you might a get a little bit of sway at higher speeds, but the front sway bar linkage is more important, you can do it yourself if they're not too rusty @acesxhigh

Ready to install a short ram intake.

Which car?

BMW 328ic. Factory air box looks pretty efficient, but I want to hear the intake roar. If I don't like it, I can always change back.

Reminds me of a story. A few years back, had a Ford Probe, Stage 1 mods: catback, short ram, GReddy Blue Box, shabby faded gray paint. Theater parking garage after closing a show, after midnight, fire up the car, engine cold, exhaust rumble, intake spitting, dull paint in the dark, ease around a ramp, see a friend jump back. I buzz down my window, she says, "Just like a horror movie, deserted parking garage, shadowy car behind knee-high headlights, growling and hissing... Devil Car!"
ROFL!
