Not at all. My room has what I call a 'plant window' and there's no way I'm getting an AC unit in there. The fan propped up in there helps a little until the sun comes up and heats everything starting at like 6am. There's AC in other rooms which I enjoy as long as my lappy battery lets me.

All I'm saying is none of you have provided anything to change my mind and although this topic has run out of gas the next time Steam is referenced we'll probably go right back to where we were. I have games to finish. I can't spend half my day battling trolls writing essays for posts. I've tried but they aren't going to learn anything soon.

Nope. There isn't a single thing here that disproves what I've written and the fact you keep trying tells me you're trying to convince YOURSELF that you're right, not me. I'm not leaving. I'm just bored of spending the time teaching you things only to see ignorance in return. Steam is bad and anyone skimming the topic can see why.

I don't know why you think I'm someone else. I've been DPsx7 since I first used AOL so many years ago. I'm proud of my experience, knowledge, and my gaming collection. There's no need to make multiple identities. Ya'll will know it's me by my writing anyway.

I don't think it asked. Being they're tied together Steam infected HL2 and installed as a package rather than asking to install a malicious launcher/front end separately. If the option was there I'd have chosen no.
