Have you used uber yet?

21 y/o Art School Graduate, Taylor Kilgnore from Oklahoma was arrested after he hired an UBER DRIVER to pick up a 14 y/o girl and bring her over to his grandparents house for a THREESOME!!

He told her that he would like to "hook up for sex" thinking he was talking to a teen girl..but it was in fact an undercoveer cop after he mentioned he'd like to have "group sex" with "her and her friend"

He sent multiple pics of his genitals to the undercover deputy pretending to be a teen and since he didn't have a car, he arranged for an uber to pick her up to his family's home where he lived with his grandparents..

However, he mentioned that to her that if they woke up and asked for her age, she should LIE that she was 18!!

Sheriff Chris West said "Kilgore was well aware that what he was dong was illegal, but his sick sexual fantasy to have sex with a little girl pushed him to having an Uber driver deliver her to him"

Deputies responded and said the uber driver agreed to cooperate with the investigation and brought a female deputy over where they found him in the front yard "anxiously waiting" for him..

Taylor was a graduate of Harding Fine Arts Academy and his bond was set at 50,000 where he remains behind bars..

Have you used Uber yet?

Taylor - Pedobear

It's actually funny since it fits the actual definition of it but it changes when it becomes a legal definition.

Either way he deserved to be arrested.

If the cops initiated the contact and/or led the conversation into the sexual then yes. Often on "To Catch a Predator" the adults would get off (no pun intended) because any lawyer worth his salt would claim it was entrapment because often the group "Perverted Justice" would initiate/start the sexual talk.

However, I think this guy was the one who made it sexual first.

I think you're completely missing the point...it was a cop posing as an underage girl in order to catch a predator. There was no underage girl, ever, and the predator essentially confessed his guilt straight to the cop by trying to bring the "girl" (the cop) to his house for sex.

So the charges are 100% legitimate and deserved.

Learn what entrapment is broski it's why cops can't just go around doing whatever they want to get people to go to jail. We realize there was actually "no girl" that is pretty fucking obvious.

Cops cant just lead people into committing crimes. Hey im 14 can u pick me up so we can bang i love sex. Responding to nonsense like that isnt even predatory behavior. Just stupid. Though in this specific case I dont know the context of the convos. Regardless my first point stands and it stands legally.

You're not listening. The cop didn't approach, he was merely present to be predated on while posing as an underage girl. The defendant initiated the crime and the officer did not egg him on.

Nah. As I said the difference is that the legal definition of entrapment is different from the actual dictionary definition.

The act of government agents or officials that induces a person to commit a crime he or she is not previously disposed to commit.

If the cops approached the guy as a horny 14 year old they induced the person to commit a crime.

Now if the guy was looking for 14 year old girls and the cops responsd then it is not entrapment.

In germany its legal either way lol

We don't know. But cops do. And cops let the other person initiate contact so that they can catch them. If the cops were in the wrong, then good lawyer will Hernandez him off the hook. If they cops didn't do anything wrong and let the guy initiated contact, then he's going to jail. Especially since he also confessed. Seems pretty simple...
