Fun fact: The QB with the most wins in Cleveland since the Browns came back in 1999 is...

Ben Roethlisberger.

His rookie year was 2004.

Washington self-destructed even worse than the Chargers did.

But Cousins keeps getting these interceptions off of receivers dropping perfectly thrown balls right onto the hands of defenders.

(And this time the drop would've been a touchdown)

Stats are kinda broken.

It's because Washington left their defense out to dry. Turnover, followed by another turnover on the punt, followed by a 3 and out that gave Dallas great field position.

Washington's defense was out for 3 series in just a few minutes.

There have been 6 coaches since Turner was fired

Of which:
-1 retired
-1 resigned
-2 were never who Snyder REALLY wanted (He wanted Spurier, not Schottenheimer. And he wanted Shanahan not Zorn)
-1 is the current coach.

Also, the Redskins remaining schedule is probably easy enough for the Redskins to finish 7-9 or 8-8. (They should be able to beat at least two of Blaine Gabbert, Geno Smith, and whoever the Broncos decide to start)

I think Jay Gruden gets another year. I wouldn't rule him being fired out, but right now I'd say he sticks around one more year. But I think next year his seat will be extremely hot (and it won't be easy if Kirk Cousins bolts for Denver or Jacksonville)

Not as bad as I feel for David Carr (and I'm not sure I'll ever feel as bad for any other QB in terms of just football related stuff), but yeah.

Even if the Cowboys win out (and keeping in mind they have to face the Eagles, Raiders, and Seahawks), their chances of making the playoffs are pretty slim. They lose even one of those games, and they'll be relying on a lot of other teams to make the playoffs. Even if they win out, they're going to need some things to go their way. If the Falcons win this week, and the Panthers win next week (but lose this week)... their hopes will pretty much be fading away.

Nobody's afraid of the Raiders. Zeke will be back for the Seahawks game, and the Eagles is a week 17 game when they probably won't be playing any starters. Running the table isn't entirely out of the question.

but yeah their chances are slim because their tiebreaker scenarios aren't good even if they run the table

Nobody's afraid of the Raiders, but Zeke will still be out for that game. And it's in Oakland.

And the Eagles could still be playing for the 1 seed at that point, though they might have it wrapped up by then.

Yeah, but I'm saying it's a winnable game. The Cowboys got crushed the three weeks before, but they were either playing a really good team (Eagles) or teams on a hot streak (Falcons and Chargers).

Wouldn't really say the Chargers were on a hot streak. They beat the Bills (though really the stupid decision to start Nathan Peterman beat the Bills), but the week before that they lost to the Jaguars in overtime. In fact the Chargers had the same record as the Redskins coming into this week.

They've won 5 of 7 after starting 0-4, and the Jaguars are a good team regardless of their recent history (and the Chargers Chargers'd that game so hard). They could've beaten the Bills with Tyrod, too.
