Yes No View Results Conservatives are up in arms over a new video game called Wolfenstein 2 The New Colossus, a game that's an "alternative history" plot that seems to suggest that former President Ronald Reagan was working as a NAZI COLLABORATOR, creating propaganda for the Hitler regime before being killed by the German Dictator!! It follows returning main character BJ Blazkowicz who helps the resistance to try to overthrow the Nazis as it's a first person shooter game set in 1961 in which Germany won WW2 A scene was uploaded to Youtube with several characters are seen practicing lines for a Nazi propaganda performance while on Venus as 2 men in the corner are head speaking. One man asks him "What's your name, Roland was it?" The other man says "Replies Ronald, Ronald". Soon after Hitler enters the room and suddenly pulls a gun on "Ronald" and when hitler was offended when he didn't call him "mein fuhre" and accused him of being Jewish, Ronald says "No Mein Fuhrer, i'm from Arizona" Ronald is suddenly shot and viewers see the back of his chair with half of it covered that only shows the last 3 letters "Gan" Gamers suggest the character is supposed to be a young Ronald Reagan before he took office in the United States and was still taking acting jobs. Arizona is noteworthy as Reagan never associated with the state as he was born in Illnois and moved to Iowa before going to California" Also the game takes place when he should have been 51 and the actor looked and acted too young.. Another redditor suggested that many "conservatives and pro-business people would have collaborated with the Nazis". Yeah, the '90s were sort of the last time conservatives really cornered the offended market. While it's still a thing, and mainly religion-based, liberals have just gone sooooo far beyond anything resembling rationality that it masks everyone else's butthurt. It's like a newspaper having an article about one murder and another about ten thousand people being hacked up by crazed, axe-wielding cannibals. Sure, both are technically on the same topic, but there's a clear attention-hog. Obama isn't American Obama is Muslim War on Christmas War on Christians Mah racism flag Mah KKK Mah guns Etc. Conservatives are some of the biggest cry babies around. I didnt say it stopped, but the wrong pronoun meltdowns and trying to ban free speech outweigh all of that, because you have to factor in the headcount of those involved. The KKK is basically dead, the media just loves controversy.
