Yesterday was pretty dull without the board during work. At the same time, I wasn't feeling too down on myself yesterday either; I also had some social activities later in the day. Now when we get to a day where I have nothing going on and I really want to open my go-to outlet (B8), we'll see how I do.

Wait what? Scarletspeed left? Wtf. Who else will tell me I don't know shit about comics? Come back, bud.

And, I think he said in an earlier post the politics topics upset him. The politics topics are literal filth, negativity, and venom. I only ever go into them to try and provide some sort of balance so they do not actually think their opinions are absolute and right. It is sort of like the nutjobs on the Donald or whatever that Reddit is. Of course that Reddit is far worse.

However, I mean, it is definitely topics that probably should not exist nor topics you should really want to enter. There is no learning to be done in those topics. There is opinions being pushed in those topics.

That said, I didn't mean to go into that tangent. What I really wanted to say was I think you should come back. You are a cool dude. Everyone gets down in the dumps. And while this place a lot of times likes to pile on and make it worse or upset you, there are those who genuinely care and are here to talk to and have fun with.

Don't feel like you need to leave due to what others have said or treated you. Including if you feel I have mistreated you.

As much as I have disagreed with you politically, you are definitely not the reason I'm taking a couple weeks off. There are definitely users that contribute to my general feel of detachment and depression on the board, but I don't feel it's appropriate or civilized to call them out openly.

I'm not going to leave-leave; yes, right now this is the only topic I'm monitoring (it's pinging me via email), but I think a short break will do me good and I'll get back to posting Rate the Character topics soon enough.

I would be pretty sad if this was the case. Definitely would be the nail in the coffin of my participation with that group if it was a gauntleteer; that said, I really don't think it is. If it's a Save My participant, I wouldn't be surprised, however.
